Customer service is appalling rude and unfriendly staff didn’t give me a time and kept me waiting. Would not recommend this place!

Won't come back here again. Very bad experience. Changed 4 tyres here, wheel alignment is included. However, they charge me for camber alignment. As I know the wheel alignment is included camber, caster and toe. But they mentioned their wheel alignment just do toe alignment the rest need to pay.

The price is ridiculous, they still charge even the problem is unsolved, highly not recommend

Not very friendly staffs. While servicing the car here. I thought of performing extra service on the tyre (even it is not due) Price for balancing & alignment is RM120 and refuse to give some discount even I'm their existing customer that bought all 4 tyres here. The junior staff was asking the senior staff upon my request for discount to RM100, the senior shooked his head massively (abit over reacted) and told the junior staff that the single tyre price cost is xx hence the total price is xx + alignment bla bla n making me felt miserable. With that, I decide not to have any of their extra service here.

Before i travel interstate, i purchased and installed 4 tyres here.did a standard engine service.car battery replacement.new windscreen wiper replacement.so nice of them to also help me to check on the spare tyre.and help to check my brake and all the lamps & lights.giving me peace of mind.well done.really appreciate for the courtesy help.this shop always full of customers.i waited in queue of 4 cars ahead of me.however, i think it worth for the waiting.please keep up the good work.thank you.

Nice waiting room with free WiFi.many dining place and restaurant and food court nearby.easy access by BRT (electric bus) to go Sunway Pyramid for shopping.this shop is always full house.good price and capable staffs.

Service is good. But why being so racist?
When i sit inside the waiting room, I've been kicked out cos following SOP. When rich customer came, you let them sit. Good SOP.

BUYERS BEWARE! Horrible tyre shop, owner is a fat guy named SIT. Tried to con me into buying a set of used tyres as new. Claiming it was just used once after that, but lucky my husband saw that 2 of the tyres were OLD. Worst part is he charged us for NEW tyre prices. AVOID AT All COST

I came here to change my car's rims. Affordable price plus good workmanship. Here they have lots of variety for rims and tires. U can trade ur own ones and minus the cost. Overall, I am a satisfied customer.
