Been here twice to buy refurbished laptops. Both are in superb conditions and works well. With one year warranty, it's a good bargain. The HP laptop bought 2 years ago is still running superbly! This time around, I got a Lenovo.

Feb 2022 update: Sent in a laptop to upgrade the RAMS. Unfortunately since it was an old laptop, they said not available but suggested a SSD upgrade. Days later, when we went to collect, the laptop couldn't start up. Upon checking, we were told that the motherboard chip malfunctioned and as such needed repairs. It was an extra RM360. We decided to not too, as we didn't want to spend anymore money. So now, from a fully functional but slow laptop, we now have nothing.

I had made an appointment and went in-person to complete the transaction. However, due to some technical error, my item was not in stock as promised. They did conduct themselves politely though, and as it was not a big issue for me, I accepted their apologies.

The front desk person was very sympathetic. I would still consider this store in future.

I bought a used Dell 3040 i7 desktop. It was a lucky break for me. Spent a lot of time in Mudah without a good result. Here, Unit is great condition, with warranty! Info on product is good. Most of all, I went personally to this store and have a very positive experience with the people attending to us. Friendly and "generous". Will be back again for sure. (+)

Not friendly at all. I'm asking for refurbished laptop becsuse my laptop strike by lightning when charging. But he answer has to buy new one. This refurbished no warranty and not repair may be not working in high voice. Then i asked why you advertised at online. If I want to buy new one better i go to my existing laptop lenovo shop.

Not sure if its just a mistake. But the pricing on the monitor I was checking was only RM10-30 difference with a new one. If that is the case I'll take the new one all the time.
