TWL wanted to sell me a car and told me the car did not involved with any accident.luckily I checked with police report.
But they sold me a car that was affected by the big flood. Before, they said that car was not 'flooded car'.
So far, my worst experience buying used car.

No good customer relationship from this used car company. Don t bother to return cars unlike carsome.

Memang akan dtg lagi utk beli kereta buat anak no 4 pulak.

Markah penuh utk kedai ni 5.urusan berjalan lancar sgt.kami enjoy sgt berurusan dgn saleman dia bernama michael.baik, peramah & senang sgt deal.apa yg kami minta, semua dia tunaikan.kak liza minta tinted semua cermin
anak bujang minta tukar radio
hubby minta byk jugak benda dibetulkan

mereka bagi 5ribu km service free &
ada lagi benda yg kami terlepas pandang, micheal auto betulkan kasi cun.

100% puas hati - dlm seminggu aje kereta dah bertukar tgn.

Was told to come an see an vehicle which was displayed in midah, but when arrived they told me the vehicle was already booked and tried to convince me to take another similar unit. Very unprofessional

Avoid this place. Do not put down booking fee, you’ll never see it again!

Policy for booking was the fee to be returned in full if a customer’s loan was rejected or 5 days have passed without payment of deposit. Sad to say is that, when time comes to get a refund, they’ll avoid giving it at all cost. I waited 2+ hours for the GM to process the refund. The GM never show up, doesn’t answer messages and most times, downright reject calls. In the end, I wasted time and managed to haggle a partial refund.

The rest of the staff was too busy to even provide proper service. Kept running around here and there.

Thank you for the unpleasant experience. Avoid this shop.

Before you buy, everything can. Deposit taken can refund if i cancel, they confidently say can. When you cancel, give you 1000 reasons to not give you back the money. Sad to have bumped into this kind of horrible business.

Kalau refer kat mudah.com jangan deal dengan micheal. Berbelit belit. Service memang slow. Sangat sangat slow. Tanya pasal kereta semue tak tahu. Macam mana boleh jadi salesman? Takde upadate ape2 dekat customer kene customer yang chat tanya. Company pun call tak pernah nak angkat dekat sebulan kereta takdapat lagi kalau boleh cari laa company lain

Dishonest salesman, accident car also try to sell me as perfect good condition car, when ask about history everything don't know. But after digging around and luckily i did my homework, the car I wanted to buy had a major accident. Dodged a bullet from a dodgy used car seller.

Hati-Hati kedai penipu.janji macam macam, lepas dh bayar.tukar minyak hitam pun tak nak.puiii

Good place to look for a secondhand vehicles and the staff's are very efficient and informative.

Kete sebenar dgn yg kat mudah lain. Transfer fee dan insurance kne bayar dlm rm6000+. Cekit darah!

Sblm call ckp kereta masih ada lg. Bila sampai lain pula jadi. 12k di iklan sampai mau 16k. Processing dgn insuran.hahahaha. Insurans apa smpai 3k processing apa smpai 1k.

Pusat menjual kereta terpakai pelbagai jenama. Biasa syarikat ini mengiklankan kereta di Mudah.my dengan meletakkan harga lebih murah dari harga sebenar. Mungkin pembeli akan dikenakan cas tambahan sekitar RM3000 untuk pelbagai proses pengurusan tukar milik.
