From the first Corolla to today's Vios, I am still in this 217 4S service center.repair. I remember correctly it was 20 years ago.
The staff are very responsible. Very friendly.
Customer waiting room. Very comfortable. Also free nasi lemak. Bake bread.mineral water. Coffee machine. Hot Milo. Teh tarik.

This is the only and most complete 4S center in Toyota.
The large glass window allows you to watch the repairman's work.

Other brands of 4s also lack the above-mentioned attentive services.

1. Comfortable waiting area with Netflix, breezy air cond and the pantry aunty takes care and makes delicious toast and teh tarik.
2. Gets to see mechanic working on cars from waiting area.
3. Video files are sent of work carried out instantaneously.
I made an appointment earlier in the week, came far and was suddenly full, not enough people late minutes the service was very bad.
I sent my Innova X to this centre this morning for 2nd service. (1) Service adviser (Hou) was pleasant, attentive and transparent with scope of / expected services required, and estimated fee (2) Refreshment was satisfactory with nasi lemak, roti bakar and cappucino. Pantry ladies were pleasant and hospitable. Toilet cleanliness was acceptable (3) Duration - service was completed within two hours as indicated. (4) Brief video was sent to my cellphone providing a quick overview of the car service.

Solid service. These guys are knowledgeable & professional. Excellent waiting area, and very easy to book an appointment just by call instead of using 24/7 apps which always drop. Prefer to come again here for T/Cross scheduled services.
Usually the lounge is showing latest movies, but few days ago able to watched rated movie from there:) (with nude scene)

Your customer service who answer the call was so RUDE! As if we call just to waste her time, what on earth did you put someone like her to answer your main landline? It was a simple call to set an appointment.

I find the admin that is attending the call are really rude. This is my 5th time calling and making an appointment with your admin. Please ask your admin to learn some manners, humbleness and politeness.

my home is called TOYOTA LASER SERVICE CENTRE in Jalan 217 P. Jaya and also there is Honda service center and other business centres too.
5 stars because of the service advisor - Ng Chee Hou. Fantastic and superb service. My problems didn’t fully solve yet, but he managed my expectations very well and explained the situation to me in details. He is very passionate and experienced to his job. He is so much better compare to the Setia Alam Toyota services. All the way from Klang to this PJ Jln Templer branch is definitely worth it. Side note: A malay guy SA (didn’t ask for his name) approached me and asked me the purpose of coming, straight away direct me to the receptionist when he know I was there for car repair. Apparently not every SA is as good as this particular SA - Ng Chee Hou. This dealer should be proud of having him here.
So far i have no complaints having my car being serviced here. Workmanship wise, more or less is the same in other place (except to those awful incidents experienced by other customer in the review). The only reason for me to send my car for service here is because of one staff. Only one staff makes the difference and imagine if all of your staffs are like her. Thank you so much to Cik Zunila for her dedication and positive attitude in attending to customer. I come back here again and again because of her. Please give her a good increment/bonus. Other than Zunila, i noticed other staffs are also very courteous. One thing for the management to improve is, when you reply to your customer's review, please don't copy and paste. This only shows that you are not replying with sincerity. You are just replying for the sake of replying and as customer, we don't need that.
Lousy place, service advisor benefit company not you.servis ur car at any mechanic is same. After service the aircond for Rm230+ It's same.
Friendly people and that's about it. I regret sending my car here for servicing and body & paint work. They have never returned leftover black oil unlike other SCs which I only realise now after reading posts on Facebook about SCs returning leftover oil to customers each time (it's all the same car make btw), and what upset me the most is they did a horrible paint job on my car which now sticks out like a sore thumb. Advisor gave me ridiculous explanation. I'm definitely not going to let this go. I would never recommend this SC to anyone. And SC, pls don't bother responding to this comment with your generic reply.
