I know someone really kind and very fast dealing car his name is En. Hatim

they make everything easy,
not like comments I read before about this place’s,
they even have surau for solat, very clean and dry toilets, lots of biscuit also, even an uncle take a lot and a lot more to he’s pocket
And the boss also kind from seeing him pray when he wanna go home.
They should get 7 stars actually

Sangat tak puas hati dari segi appointment car service, tak pernah ada satu hari Yang available, semua full…. Kalau hari sabtu saya faham lagi…. Pergi hari biasa pun kena book?

Sekarang beralih arah ke toyota selayang, srvice laju…hari sabtu kalau datang pun dia terima walau x book.

Walaupun toyota selayang building dia kecil dan tua tapi efficient…. Rawang building moden dan besar tapi hmm

I have complaint 3 times about my power window since December 2022… and went for service twice already 1k and 5k.but no follow up action to resolve the power window issue.take almost 6 months.i will not go to this service centre anymore.very lousy.and i order to change the broken wind screen simce before Raya and till today no update till i fed up and i text the service pic i want to cancel.
Really bad experience with toyota

What I like most is the waiting area. Cosy and have two separate rooms, one for entertainment and another one that is quiet and private suitable to have an online meeting. The free flow of coffee machines and nasi lemak are added values here. Well done! Keep up the good services
Area of improvement would be the surau. Need more maintenance and upgrades

Service slow.appoitment 8.30 but waiting until 10am for checking and continue waiting again more 1 hour for confirm sparepart ada atak tak ada.

Last dah dtg service sini.ada charge tersembunyi yg x diperlukan diorang letak.kalau x elert mmg lebur duit la dkt sini.

Slowest Toyota service center I have ever been to. My appointment was at 8am and I waited for more than an hour before giving my car key for service. Absolutely slow service, reception staff was extremely slow. Staff here are so chilled, walking slow and taking their own sweet time in the morning. People have plenty of things to do in a day and I doubt these people understand that. Extremely dissappointed and upset.

I went for a test drive on new Toyota Corolla Cross 2021. Also reviewing Rush & Innova for second thought. They have 2nd hand car for consideration with good conditions. The staff are really friendly and good in explaining their products.

My previous visit was good but this time, getting appointment was easy but waited v.long n was not so satisfied with d service!
