Bought a car here. The car was fine but the place's service is not very pleasant. Feels like they are selling aggressively for some reason. Also If you look at the reviews.there are many fake review about this place. You can see some what sudden high rating.personally it's hard to recommend this branch.

An update: i found out my friend bought from toyota shah alam and got free dark tinted… i bought here and got guilt trip by the SA… that if i went for tinted his commission will me much less and its already a measly amount… i regret buying from this branch.

Especially thanks to Elaine who assist to expedite the sales process and patience to answer all the queries.

We really had a bad experience in this shop! We were walking around the showroom and no one come to serve us. Im not sure if these person sitting there with their hand phones are the salesman or not but they just don’t bother us.if u don’t want to have sales, then better sit at home:)

The customer service here is very bad. I walked in at 7/5/20023 12: 15pm with the intention to buy New Toyota Camry.

A grey hair saleman with spec at early 50 to late 50 years old approach me and I told him I would like to buy Toyota Camry and ask him how long is the waiting period and whether there is any ready stock. I asked this is because I saw somewhere in FB that some showroom is telling they have ready stock (But far from Puchong area) and hence, I coming in to enquire and would like to place an order, together with my trade in car.

To my surprise, the salesman rudely ask me why i did not go the showroom (who has ready stock) to book and why come here? And then he walked away.

Is this the quality of salesman in Unihub? If you don't have ready stock, you can just politely say no stock, but not rudely answer customer in such a manner.

Highly recommended Ms Elaine from Toyota Puchong. She is very responsible, experienced and assist in every matters related to from our car purchases all the way to car delivery. She aways ensure we get the best service. Give her a five star rating!

The craziest showroom with a PSYCHOPATH sales agent here. I was stopping by the IOI business center here for some business, and parked outside the showroom with a fully empty parking lot on a public holiday (12 December 2022,1.30pm). The parking sign wasn't even marked as Toyota. Look at the picture I attached.

I disembarked from my car, started to go towards the lobby and the next thing I knew, the sales agent (Male, wearing spectacles, middle aged early 30s) came out, screaming at the top of his lungs and loudly shouted at me and my mother's face and gestured us to leave, and verbally threatened to ask the guard to come and lock my car.

I told him nicely that the sign didn't have a Toyota label on it, but he shouted even more nonsense before walking away knowing that he just embarrassed himself.

He even took a picture of my car when I was driving out to leave. Why take a picture? Is he going to call some gangsters to stalk and come after me later?

The funny thing is I came here before to test drive a car. This is an insane and crazy place. Don't expect this place to treat you as a potential customer or even a normal human being.

Very pleasant and friendly staffs and display all type of Toyota car models. Good explanation about car and sales.

Bad service and technician also bad attitude! No recommend this Toyota service! Even got problem also never solve for u!

Collected my TCCH almost a month ago and its been good. Had a few minor issues which was sorted out quickly. Calvin was my sales adviser and he's been helpful and patient.

Bought my car from Elaine. From Day 1 till the day the car arrived, she provided very good service and update time to time. She clarifies all the doubts you have so feel free to ask her anything. I did a test drive at the Toyota outlet and was served by the SA Elaine. She understood my family's concern about Covid and sanitized the cars before we went on the test drive. Also patiently explained the car's features and what to expect when choosing the different variants, including delivery time. Even got my girl some tissue paper when needed to go to toilet too. Elaine is very considerate. Nice experience!

I was trying to look around for a good sales person in Toyota and I came across Elaine's name in most of the reviews here. So, i chose her to be my car agent and bought a car from her. Looks like Elaine Lim is the only person there who has any sense of customer service. If possible no stars. No one came to us even after a sales person has finished with saying goodbye to another customer in front of us.just walked away.wth. I'll get my toyota elsewehere no worries.
