Staff and security were very friendly and polite.

Sent my car for diagnosis on wierd noise and front bonnet insulation board failure 20/10/2023. SC told me that the noise might due to the lower arm bush defect and got to arrange time to greese the arm bush and to replace the front bonnet board. I have already booked for the greese and replace for the front cover on 04/12/2024 but just few days before that, SC call me and say they can't make it and ask me to change the date. I insist it has to be done on the agreed scheduled time.
On 04/12/2023 SC had replace the front bonnet insulation board to my car and also complete the greese injection however the weird sound coming back just after couple of days.
Today, 13/01/2024 I deliver my car to do the routine service at the same time I request SC to diagnose again. Hopefully they could really find out what happen to the wierd sound and give me a total solution as proven that greese doesn't solve the problem at all.
Toyota used to be reliable and that is why I bought not only once but twice. It not supposed to have this kind of low quality parts and lousy after sales service. Hopefully the SC Manager could look into my complaint seriously this time so I need not to go further to have my rights protected.
One thing good here is the staff are friendly.

Went here for check my car problem. Need to pay RM130 for diagnosis. After done they confirmed 'this' part got faulted. I was replaced it at outside costing RM150.but the problem remain the same. I've asked SC for check again but they want me to pay like irresponsible with their previous remark.
Now my car problem is solved after asking friends on facebook.
Do communicate with your superiors before making any decisions.

I have been coming to this service centre for the past 5 years and every time its been an excellent service. You can watch TV and relax while your car is serviced. The knowledge of the staffs are good and very enthusiastic. Especially one of the staff that truly stands out is, Neny Kareena Noor Kamal (Nina) is an amazing professional. She takes care of the customer and advises on the technical aspect and it will be spot on! She's best in communication, keeping customers in loop, patience, in-depth knowledge in automobile, swift responses, always smiling positive attitude - truly exceptional person to work with. She is an asset to Toyota indeed. Good luck everyone there and continue your good hard work.
Brought my car in here. Very unhappy with the service. Had scratches in the front when I collected my car. Told Mr. Rafi when I sent in to wash the car twice since its complimentary. The first time he said kalau cuci lambat, second time when I called he said masih pending cuci lagi. When I collected my car it was dusty. Doesn't look like was washed in the first place. Very disappointing service.

Very bad service experience here. I paid for labor charges on 10k service, but the foreman dont even bother to spray and clean my engine compartment. The dried leaves and other dirts are still in the engine bay and car filter compartment when I asked my SA to open the car bonnet to check.
When I asked the SA, he said will do it in the next service. I insisted to be cleaned immediately.
Not sure if they do not clean the engine bay for all cars coming in to these service center. I owned a Proton too but never in Proton my car engine bay was not cleaned for all the schedule services.
The service took 2hours when the actual 10k service can be completed in 20minutes maximum. Noticed the foreman was busy talking with other foreman most of the time and very busy taking video of the car for warranty checks.
Overall bad experience and the Manager of the SC must be strict on the quality of service being provided to customers. This is definitely not Toyota standard and I have also complained to the Internal Audit Department of UMW regarding the poor service.
Service used to be great with Ashraf, ever since change to other SA experience hasn't been great. Attitude towards customer is bad and mocking. Wouldn't come back at all
To be honest, i very rare to review anything as i believe everyone have different opinion towards something. However, this round i really need to review how unprofessional the services here.
1st of all, my prius having a loud sound when we drive slowly. So to be safe we send to toyota service center and the nearest and available is this service center. After they check, the call and say suspect is plug. So we change all 4 plugs. After they changed they say the problem is still there. They mention they never have this problem before and they say they suspect is the gear box. This is not my 1st car, and we have enough experience that it is not gear box problem. They mention need to change gear box with rm 13k! Wow! Surprise me man. Nvm probably is prius so expensive. My husband insists not to fix it and they say the EV system have problem need rm 1500! Omg! All about money. But along all our driving never encounter EV problem at all. My husband told them no need to change. So whats next? Because my car key battery is low i wan to change the battery and ask for quote. That day reception mention is rm 17 - rm 20. I know if i change myself no need that expensive but i feel still reasonable since it is service center. So, when they call to inform the car problem, after all the rejection, they tell my husband they mistake about they car key battery. The cost should be rm 40! Omg! Are you crazy? The battery only few bucks and u wan charge me rm 40 for 1 car key battery
Normally we visit pj service center, but due to the problem we go to the nearest which is this branch and it be our first and last time here.
And my problem is solved at my friend workshop which is plug coil problem only. And it only cost me rm 280. From rm 13k to rm 280. Im lucky because i still have a little experience and a well experience mechanic friend.
I can say my car sound problem solved by En Rafi customer representative, a very energetic young guy with experience with car knowledge, the most important is how he explained about the complaint that raised by owner's. Good luck to En Rafi and the Team. Kak Nani Tq for your special Gift.
My car radiator fan, when the fan is working, the body will vibrate, this store said it is normal, the service advisor has a problem, the service attitude is not good
1st time sent my car for service at this branch and never again. Terrible service and took them a long time to service my car. Plus the front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. My advise, don't service your car here.
Very friendly staff and great service. They keep my car clean and nice during and after the the car check. The environment is clean and tidy which not like other place full of engine oil or messy equipment. Things and jobs are all arrange perfectly. I have to say it's kind of enjoy to bring my car here for service. Good job guys, keep up the good work
The charges was quite costly, spend almost RM4k just to change heater core, lousy work for the air cond wind become weak & water vapor on the car front glass screen, even worst the air cond blow hot air during rainy days. There was weird sound under middle gear hood when car stop, suspect the heater core didn’t install
correctly.
The conclusion is perhaps the technicians are not competent for their jobs or they just being not professional, scratches on the car dashboard too. Think twice if your car send there for repair!

Customer lounge felt premium since they have ground coffee maker (they used fresh beans!)
all of the amenities also clean and regularly sanitized.only that they really took quite a long time to service your car.during my visit, a lot of their staff are under HSO due to pandemic.

Clean space and they do provide food (albeit just biscuits, bread.), ice cream and drinks.

Waiting time is 3 hours plus.even though I have earlier fixed an appointment. Every visit tends to take a quite a long time. If you are not in a rush, you may consider this place for service. They do have Netflix, though. You can indulge yourself.
I choose this place for service mainly because of the service of the staff.they have the ready to assist attitude.which I appreciate it a lot.
