The sales agent who did everything for me was Mr Aw. Impeccable service, I would totally recommend anyone who walks into the showroom to get hold of him. Personally, after-sales service is very crucial and he would still take his time out of his sales job to provide perfect after-sales service for me. Consistent replies of my queries on Whatsapp, before and post sales. I will definitely recommend Mr Aw to friends and family.

I brought a Toyota Cross recently through a friend's recommendation. All the personnel there are helpful and friendly and importantly their continuous updates & follow up & support are the stars of their service. It's a pleasure to be able to deal with 2 gentlemen there.

Overall had a good experience purchasing my Toyota Vios here. My sales advisor Ms Felicia is very informative, patient and accommodative. Waiting period for the car is acceptable because of the MCO but they do try their best to deliver as soon as possible. During collection of the car, she took the time to explain the functions available before handover. Recommend to contact her.

Came here to service my vehicle here. It had the same quality of service as of any Toyota Service centre that you can count on. The customer waiting area is on the 1st floor and free wifi and drinks are provided to customers. Oh and if you came in the morning they had nasi lemak bungkus for you to try. For service appointment, you can just calll or better if you know how to use the app to book for service slot.its soo convenient that way.

Always happy with their prompt service. Breakfast (nasi lemak) and cups of coffee are provided complimentary at level 1 for morning appointments. Comfortable waiting and reading areas are also made available with ample charging points. Bring your own cable (s), though.

When my car is ready to be collected, the staff didn't inform me, I have been waiting at their customers lounge for a few hours for the checking of my car. I only found out my car is done when I feel I couldn't wait there anymore and go out to take breath.
The staff told me my car has no problem. If my car is alright, possibly technician just go through general checking and of course with no repairing involved, highly likely the whole process only took a while. Why don't the staff go to customer lounge to inform me or just call me?

The salea advisor and car mmechanic didn't how the car aircond working. Simply gave answer for sake of answering

Much better than the previous service centre at Taman Shamelin. Free and fast wifi. Very clean toilet and spacious customer waiting area.
