TOYOTA PANDAMARAN 2S, PS OTOMOBIL (BUKIT TINGGI)

Trying to call for enquiry about service but nobody pickup.call in morning several time and in after several time all no one pickup.dont know what they are doing.

Not professional staff, vaping when doing their jobs, oh forgot to mention that there is a BIG no smoking sign.

Not professional service, since last week just service, last night my car break down and a lot oil or what liquid leaking

Setelah bertukar tukar staf, service makin teruk dan lambat. Cuci je sampai 2 jam. Last datang service kat sini setelah 3 tahun service disini. TQ PCM Pandamaran. Bad service

Dont bother coming here. More than 20 mins waiting to reg car for servicing but still nobody entertains you at the service reception.they don't even have a queueing system.

Last time i bought Corolla Cross 1.8V through SA Syed, he provided good service, now i am looking for him for my next car.

Poor checking ability for chassis, if only change oil & oil filter for the shop please close it, who also can change put 3days no even any result for the checking waste time!

Indeed a very nice service center, ample seating comfort for customers, drinks available and the best thing is we can view our car being serviced through the glass barrier.very nice experience

Bought my car here and been sending it for service (3 times now). The CS person will check your car and just mumble something under his breath, and you'll end up getting charged for unnecessary things which you don't even ask. My recent experience, I wasn't even told car wash and alignment adjusting was including, and I'm had to pay extra for it. Don't think would go here again.

New Toyota Center, move from Bukit Tinggi 2. Just bought a new car for mom.

1st 1000km service is done in 80min.

Book my car at Bukit Tinggi but they recently moved from their Bukit Tinggi building.
Got my car recently, just done 1st service, sales and service staff quite helpful, no major issue so far.

Got cheated here once! Salesperson NIVA lied and cheated, beware of salesperson. Frst time car buyer, please don't be fooled with this kind of people

So far ok for the customer service.this is the first time my car service there.give them 3 stars so got room for improvement.

Provide the most expensive solution instead of best solution for customer. *yucks*

Service advisor irresponsible. Ask customer to do add on services which is not required and not in service log book

Selama menggunakan kenderaan Toyota, menggunakan perkhidmatan servis Toyota, ni lah tempat pertama kali, kakitangan Toyota yang, mencadangkan saya menggunakan sepaprt tiruan,
Penggunaan kenderaan Toyota nak barang ori, di cadangkan barang tiruan, terpaksa lah membuat pembelian dari Thailand,

Booking for appointment & register were a breeze but I would not recommended to take their FOC carwash. My car got dirtier after the carwash LOL!

Doing first service here, and I book appointment at 11am, when I go there I saw only few car, the customer service told me will done between 2-3 hours. So I expect 2pm can settle. But I wait until 4pm only get the car. The technician took 2 hours to service my first time service, super slow, then at 1pm all staff missing for lunch, come back at 2pm. Wait for wash car 2 hours, done at 4pm. I really disappointed for toyota, and I definitely will not buy Toyota again. The after sales service is bad than proton or perodua

Don't come to this service center, there is only few car I go today at 9am, but take 3 hours to done my bios second service, and 2 hour to wash car. Total 5 hours, you will feel regret if you come here
