Very very bad experience. First time here and it took almost 4 hours for a normal service. Seems like no one cares about making sure your car is properly serviced and delivered within the time promised. Talked to the
manager/service assistant on the delay but seems like quite normal to them. Mechanic found out got problem with other parts but not informed whether need to change or not. End up need to go to my neighborhood workshop to get it changed. Plastic cover still on my driver's seat when took my car.totally not acceptable.wasting time.

Picked up my aunt's new Yaris and this guy Hugo Lim, Sales advisor at Unitedstar Corporation Sdn Bhd - Toyota Kelana Jaya was the most arrogant, unhelpful and rude sales person.

Was promised by another sales person for some small promo when we ordered the car and we just nicely asked about it, he answered us super rudely he will not give this promo & nothing to do with him. Like can't you just check in with your colleague? The promo was written and promised on the sales order already.

Then when we picked up the car he was saying how we have to die die come back to THIS toyota service centre if not warranty is totally waived. We asked for details for his service centre and contact no. He didn't want to give and he say he will only talk to him because the service centre is hard to deal with. Excuse me? If you said that to me won't I as a customer be even more convinced your service centre is bad? I called my other usual toyota service centre in Cheras and they say we can go over no issue, no warranty void.just that if we don't go to his service centre for the first year, he don't get commission or something.

Horrible customer service, young fella talk so rude the whole time. Made the whole experience so horrible at this place
