If only the rating can be 0, I would choose 0. No numbering system. People who come later are entertained first. Not competent. Provide half cooked solution and answer. No effort to clearly explain to customers. Such a waste of time.

Again, I want to ask, in case of a new car accident:
How long for related parties to respond for insurance claim and repair?
I sent my car to Wing Hin Automobile 4S Centre Balakong and liaise with ChanYS person in charge on 14th Dec.
I WhatsApp Chan on 21st Dec to follow up the progress.
Chan replied me on 28th said no response from insurance company.
On 29th I contacted insurance company (and adjuster) but they said Chan did not provide relevant information.
I called him on the same day, he said he will submit the documents the next day without explaining and apologied for the delay.
Finally I received an sms from insurance company on 3rd Jan says my insurance is approved.
It tooks 3 weeks, is it reasonable?
Chan contacted me on 12nd Jan said my insurance is approved for certain parts of my car, but some part is not approved and requested me for additional document.
Is it reasonable for Chan only to inform me after 1 week?
On the 13rd Jan (Fri) morning I have sent the required document, but Chan only replied me on 14th late afternoon (Sat) say he will submit the document.
This case is delayed, it has been 1 mth I sent my car to them, and Chan knows this is urgent but why he only and always respond the next day late?

I'm very disappointed with Chan and Wing Hin 4S. Many times I called but every time his colleagues said he is not available (regardless morning, afternoon or evening). His colleagues said will pass my message to him but I never received his call before. I requested to change the person incharge but the centre doesn't allow.
Untill today no any update. It has been close to 2 mths I still haven't get my car back. No updates, never received any apologies or explain the reason of delay.

This whole thing cost me:
It wasted my time to follow up with the centre and Chan during my working hours, and I need to personally contact insurance company.
I have to spend extra expenses to get a grab to nearest lrt station to working place, sometimes have to borrow car from neighbour. All these hassles for close to 2mths, is Chan or Wing Hin 4S and Toyota Malaysia responsible?

Went in to compare toyota cross and hrv. Salesperson asked me to knock on the car body to see which one is better. How the heck am i supposed to compare a car by knocking the body. Salesperson also quite reluctant to promote other car when i asked. Very different compared to honda, mazda n proton salesperson.
