Alhamdulillah, masalah saya diselesaikan dengan segera. Saya sarankan kedai ni utk baiki laptop.

- The price is acceptable though not the cheapest around, have to survey a lot of you want the cheapest price. Maybe this place priorities quality over the price.

- the staff is very helpful and friendly.

- the second hand laptop pricing is kinda ok to be honest, i think theres a better value somewhere else.

Boss and staff very helpful and gives advices in taking good care on laptop. Able to save my data in hard disk and change new one with reasonable price. Very recommended and thanks for the help!

This place is great! For me the price is reasonable but not cheap. But, the repair service is great.

My laptop has 2 main problem, first it went to bios screen at startup and sensitive at certain area where if you move or accident touch that area, the screen froze and have to restart. I went to 5 different repair store. 2 store from Sabah said need to replace motherboard which cost around RM1k+, 1 store at lowyat and 1 more store at kajang said the same thing. So, I went to my brand (MSI) official service centre, they said it is beyond repair but never they state which area is the problem.

So I went to this store they fix for of my main problem, the bios was because there is a keyboard key stuck and need to replace so it automatically go to bios at startup. The sensitive area was because my ram slot was damage and unrepairable but 1 slot still good so I just need to not put ram on the other.

So from replacing motherboard cost around 1k to only replacing keyboard and using 1 slot ram, cost around RM340 (including backup and format)

This place check your laptop thoroughly. I highly recommend this place!

Kene ketuk sampai RM90! Tapi masalah x settle, device kene lock after format! Ckp maybe problem dri email.padahal dia yg slh format! Pg kedai sebelah, DRPC alhamdulillah settle! Sakit pale aku!

Send my pc here before. Best tips, don't go to this pc store. Bring in my pc for cleaning and thermal paste change. End up broken. Luckily they replace with working but ones. But cable for cable management. Just don't go. Waste of money. Just go to the other store nearby. Much better smh

Although they are laptop specialist, I went to repair desktop PC that was flooded. Their analysis on damage was accurate, they didn't push to sell unnecessary parts. I only had to change PSU. Other parts were being cleaned and used again. Thank you. Will repeat here again for any problem.

Great response time to texts. They do have trouble keeping up to their promised time of delivery but this is forgiveable since they do have a lot of customers, repairs and other businesses to conduct.

I had my laptop's keyboard fixed and serviced, the price is SLIGHTLY more expensive than I expected.

The result of my keyboard is like brand new, feels exactly like new however my laptop model was built with the windows key on the right side and that was overlooked by the supplier. The supplier sent a keyboard with the windows key on the left (not good for gamers) but thankfully the laptop software still recognizes the windows key on the right. It is slightly confusing but I got used to it already.

Generally some things are unavoidable, they did keep me waiting longer than promised but for good reason and as a customer, I am happy.

Excellent staff. Reasonable and affordable price. Really help me during the MCO since many computer shop is closed. For first time customer the shop is at the right side near the Art shop, you will see the shop sign.
