I would recommend this workshop. Spare parts are cheaper. I just change my battery at my regular workshop couple of months ago cost me Rm 520. Here is Rm 360. Now changing absorber. My regular workshop quoted me Rm 820/pair for front, here is Rm 580/pair

I'm regular customer at this workshop like 4 years. Recently their workers changed and I no longer satisfied with this shop services.

The new chinese guy charged me rm3k just to do overhaul.and then 1 week later, my car engine problem again. I do believe they 'sengaja' doesnt want to fix my car properly at the first time so I can go to them and charge me more again. They are dishonest.

So I went to another workshop, it only cost me rm50 to change a stopper. If I were go to this shop, I believe they will create a stories to change this and that and charge me more.

To keep a loyal customer, you must treat them like a real customer so they can go back to your workshop regularly if you honest. BUT NO MORE for me and you lost your loyal customer.

Majority of the mechanics in this workshop were not very honest with the price / service they are charging.

I was a regular customer of this workshop.

Recently, I was there to change my car’s wheel bearings. It was a Proton Saga. The mechanic was charging me one piece of wheel bearing for RM350, which was way too pricey.

I went to the other mechanic workshop and they were charging only RM120 per piece.

To mechanics of Top Speed Auto Care (USJ18), things don’t work like that. You don’t hype up the price like that and cheat your customers like that, customers are not dumb, especially a regular one.

I've been visiting for more than 10 years, I noticed the mechanics keep changing so frequently and hard to keep up every time you visit the outlet. I don't deny they are friendly and ever ready to help. But lately, their direct line keeps ringing and there's a lady in the office but nobody picks up the call.i have asked them but they just turn over a deaf year. Why do you have a phone which customers can't reach you for any inquiries. You can expect every time a customer walks into your shop. What if my battery is dead and I can't drive out my car. Plus their batteries are their own brand and it doesn't last.
Sad to say I might change to a different foreman if this shop doesn't want my business

My first time here was when I did a minor repair work in the workshop, repair price was ok and they managed to resolved my car problem, I'm satisfied.

But during my second visit to this shop due to my car was having some problem again (different issue this time), so I told them my car problem and they told me they needed to change this and that and they car would be fine again and charged me over rm 6+, after repairing the car was running fine for almost 2 weeks and I drove the car less than 10 times, and again I encountered the same issue that I had 2 weeks ago, which mean the repair work did not do anything.

So I went back to them to ask what was the problem with the car now, and they said this time it could be the fuel pump and to change that particular item it would cost up to rm 400-500, so I told them it's fine, after that I proceed to go to a different mechanic shop and have them checked, all it was is a loose wiring component around the engine, after they have fixed the wiring, my car was smooth without changing other components in the car and I wasn't even charged a cent for that, and my wise decision saved me rm 500, I'm not sure if they're inexperience or they're out there for the kill, so just beware and always check with a several repair shop before you make any decision, hope this helps.

On that day when raining time my car was breakdown in the roadside in between 20min supervisor arrive, he just check under my hood when raining heavily good service mate!

Have been servicing my cars and tyres here for years. Service is good and price I guess is pretty standard. Be assured at least they won't rip you off. Keep up the good work guys.

After my my first service in this shop. I’d never sent my car elsewhere. Because I’m dare to say that this is by far the best workshop in Klang Valley to service or repair my car.

Very efficient
Workers are very friendly and trustworthy
Prices are reasonable
(Unlike other workshops that charge extremely high)

The best part is, I can just leave my car here and go to gym. Or have a drink at the nearest Kopitiam which only take a 1minute walk.
