Just now at Tamarind Square, your driver clearly went the wrong way, blocking our lane and insisting other drivers to go the other way. The lorry had "anak kelantan" flag at the front windhsield. Stupid palat darat.

I think is not good for the management side, when you have problem, they will push here push there.some staff are good some are not, most of them are politic each other.every dept never change still very old style no teamwork at all. Old time very good, but now new staff in and out.they still never change they thinking how to make management better with every staff no matter is new or old staff.

One of your driver driving Van with number plate JSL7319 drove recklessly on the road almost hit into my car when he exit Bath tiga Petronas Station. This is extremely danger, I bet he is looking at his phone while driving. Unacceptable behavior of a driver

Earlier the service was fine but now it's terrible. It's been twice that I didn't get my order delivered and now when I got it, it's only half the order. On top of it, it's been months since I've requested them to change my number but to no use. All my request goes on deaf ears. The drivers are nice but the way the transport section is being handled, it's terrible. I wish my suppliers would choose another transportation service. Very disappointing!

Most of the time, difficult to find empty car park. Don't forget to leave your phone number when double park!

Tiong Nam lorrry driver on 21/12/2019 time: around 11a.m upwards.on highway after Bandar Ansdale if not mistaken utara -selatan highway.should gets best driver awards (recommended). He gave me chance to go first after to longggg Im waiting a chance to channge the line from left to right.he gave me a chance. Im very thankful for you lorry driver. These people parked their truck across our driveway for over an hour. When I called hq, they didn't seem to care. Once the driver returned to his vehicle, he offered no apology or didn't even feign interest that he had broken the law and severely inconvenienced us for over an hour. Disgusting behaviour.

I have been buying my products from a 3rd party and Tiong Nam is the logistics company being used.
So far, I've had a less than satisfactory experience with Tiong Nam simply because there are possibilities whereby their drivers dont show up to work.
This in turn affects customer orders.

On more than 1 occasion, my order doesnt come on the day it is supposed to, and I am not even informed on the status of the delivery.

My contact from my supplier is not even able to get in touch with the driver or warehouse to determine where my order is.

If I had known that my orders would be delayed, I would have normally just arranged for self collection, incurring more fees, but at least my order comes at the time I want it to.
Even on normal days, I dont know what time the order will come.

If I had a choice, I would opt for my supplier to use a different logistics company instead.
