Took my E36 for a major service, where the friendly staff members rectified the issue very quickly, so far the finest workshop in Puchong, highly recommended, keep up the good service guys:)

Kerja professional. Tunjuk dulu masalah depan mata, baru bincang solusi. Saya kena tukar enjin, tp diorang siap breakdown semua harga. Bagi pula option parts yang murah kalau beli yang ori tak penting sangat. Sebelum buat kerja bagi quotation, sambil kerja kalau ada kena tambah apa-apa, diorang akan call dulu.

Harga yang dipersetujui dia maintain sampai hujung. Siap terlebih dari harga asal, tapi diorang bagi diskaun untuk kekalkan harga ori!

Memang rare dapat kedai workshop di Malaysia yang begini. Mekanik pun sempoi dan tak kerek. Highly recommend!

Bad experience with my Merc. Sent for service and diagnosis some problems, the problem unsettled but new problem occured. Different between an expert mechanic & pretend to be an expert. If u cant repair just tell the customer. Do not apply the try & error theory. Imagine after they service my car radiator they just put in tap water without a coolant!

First time customer. The friendly staffs explained the different promotion packages running including free labour charge. While I was waiting for the car to be ready, I was greeted by one of the owner and he shared his aspiration to own a car service centre that understand the pain and frustration of customer. Free car wash after the service was superb even though it was only a simple one without vacuum. The owner Azaha also mentioned if there is any breakdown, they can send their mechanic onsite too.

Highly recommended this workshop. We went there to repair our gear lever bush. After one week, our car got a problem again for the certain reason, but they managed to professional well served and responsible manner to us with come check on the spot to carpark Midvalley (Where is our car cant move and start) in the peak time, which is on friday evening. Thumbs up to Yus, Epi and Man. Thanks guys!
