The Pinnacle Sunway

I wanted to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had with one of the security personnel at the reception desk, specifically Ms. G. A. Tina on the 23rd August 2023, Ms. Tina's behavior towards us was quite rude and disrespectful. Her tone and mannerism made me feel uncomfortable during our interaction with her. I believe that such behavior goes against the standard of professionalism that we expect from the staff, especially those who are the first point of contact for visitors. I hope that appropriate measures can be taken to address this issue and ensure a more courteous and welcoming environment for everyone. Thank you.

One of the well maintained building for office uses. There are multiple offices of different companies in this building. The staffs are quite helpful and efficient. Also there are few cafes inside the building to get a quick bite which is very convenient since it is near to office.

My workplace. Who said I didn't love it? I love it so very much. Nice ambience, however dont come too late more than 9am onwards, difficult to get parking in front of The Pinnacle.

Pricey parking and well hidden underground. Need to pass thru Zus coffee from the building beside it. Home to a few companies. Security was at vigilant all times. Do not dare to smoke in front of the building as they whistle at u.

Very big shopping mall that can cater to the whole family, especially with the nearby water world park for the kids. Many shops from high end to mid low range merchandise available here. Also have hotel next to mall for visitors to stay & convenient shopping. Recommended

High security. Lotsa parking space. And police officer are plenty. Know ur road i. Sunway to avoid pointless traffic jam.

Your information counter personnels have no idea about companies’s gym card exchange, and I was told to return on a later time, after their shift time ends.
Whilst I was there to make the exchange last week, at the similar time, without any issue.
Does the service content varies between your information personnels？
If so please do come up with some manuals or information to be shared between the personnels for better engagement.

The company handling valet parking is clearly trying to cheat people of their money. Wanted to pickup a cup of coffee from Zus Coffee at the ground floor, but as they did not have any available non-valet parking lots, I parked at the roadside opposite the drop-off entrance. Little did I know, the roadside parking is ALSO under valet parking as there was no signboard that indicates it as so. As I was about to get down from my car, two valets approached me and told me to pay RM15. I declined as I did not know it was valet parking, so I told them I would leave and find another spot instead. They blocked my car from reversing and forced me to pay up as the receipt was already 'generated'. Their so-called receipt is handwritten with my car number plate, and I was forced to pay as they did not allow me to leave.

Very Clean, but i get cheated from company Z global logistics SDN. BHD there that's why makes me feel that i get very bad experience, i think management should take action for cheater companies there

Enter parking without ticket, no TnG usage.
Vehicle plate number will be scanned, to.pay.scan QR code on pillars, pay via e wallet, grabpay, bank card.

Having dinner at the EGG (Eight Gourment Gala), just right above the parking level of the building. Not many people and a good place for parking if sunway hotel are full.

Strict and organised during the pandemic. Management is always on top of things. Overall, a good workplace that is located right in front of the BRT station.

Multi designn building with msc technologies operating tower. Full of security. Safe place for offices and secured for properties.

No hand tissues provided in the toilet. The hand dryer sucks, takes 5 minutes to dry wet hands.

Boom gate exiting pinnacle had hit and scratch my car today at about 6.30pm. I had inserted the paid parking Ticket and boom hard had open, suddenly the boom gate close before I exit and hit My car cause scratches on my car. Talked to the staffs and he mentioned will improve. Watch out guys!

Best corporate office. Working for Maxis. Parking have to be smart. Outside parking up to Rm10 max per day. Inside die lah 15 per day. Unless got season parking

A great place for office, security is tight which is good for safety and high tech security and lift system.

Waktu itu kesini janjian ketemuan sama temen yg kerja di the pinnacle building. Bagus gedungnya

Parking is link with Sunway. My cheated ex work here with her another cheated half but life move on.

The hub for central various offices branches that is very close to BRT (Bus Rapid Transit), close to Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Pyramid Hotel and Mall.
