the boy that helped me to wash hair didnt seem to be serious in doing the hairwash, like being forced by someone to do so, just simply scratched my scalp 2-3 times then sent me off to wash my hair. Please train your staffs properly
Poor service, unpolite staff and inattentive boss. Having make appointment but been waiting for an hour without any staff attented and explain. The staff blamed their boss on over booking.
Booking and arrive 1230pm, the person in charge asking us to wait for another 2hours. I am wondering what is the purpose of booking for?
Had gone for k perm but end up damage my hair and charge high price! Will not recommend this place
Would give this place no stars if possible. Visited the equine park branch and was attended by an elderly person with red/purple hair. Showed a picture and explained how I wanted my hair to be cut (wanted medium length, straight cut). This person ended up cutting layers and my hair looked almost like a mullet. She completely ruined my hair and I had to go somewhere else to fix the horrible cut and now have to wait for it to grow out. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!
I would recommend Korean perm. The curve look natural. It is lasting if you know how to take care of your hair
Mr kim puchong. Staff pemalas. Cuci rambut tapi 1 kali saja urut kepala. Tiada senyum! First and last pergi sana.
