Terrible service in Gombak, Batu Caves. Two ladies attended us and one of them was very rude. She kept fixing her hijab from slipping, the whole time we were there, and half heartedly cater to my aunts’s need. No smile, no greet whatsoever. She spent her whole time at the cashier. There were just us and nobody were paying at that time. We bought a lot of telekungs and my aunt ask for a free pen, but were shot down because she was told she need to “write down a positive review” on the web to get one. Mind you, this lady spent almost 2k on your telekungs. The other lady that was nice gave us a good reason but the rude lady just completely ignored us while making a face. Ridiculous. TelekungTEA please train your staff better
