24Very slow service.hampeh.please hire young people that follow the process, ramai yang menunggu, yg takde no yang dilayan. 1 person take more than 30minutes to settle.very slow work.only 3 counter open instead of 5.bagitau kt kaunter, kalau nk borak pegi mamak la.buang mase orang tunggu lame2.very bad service.
I came early in the morning. The staff great me well and very friendly. They explained the process in details and in a polite manner. Always smile, even the staff on the next counter also smiling. Overall great experience. My car insurance withdrawal takes only few minutes to be done. Also sign up for Hibah.

Excellent friendly service to help resolve a friend's NCD issues. Aidah was knowledgeable and super helpful.
Upon entering, I was greeted by a polite gentleman who asked me why I was there and helped with getting the assistance from the right counter. Within minutes my number was called and I was assisted by Ms Norazura Manap.
Ms Norazura was so courteous and friendly. She explained what I had to do and always had a smile on her face. All in all, the process took less than 20 mins.
To the management of Takaful Malaysia, you should be proud of your employees, especially Ms Norazura, who is the perfect example of an excellent customer service representative! In a time when everything is automated and lacking the human touch, Ms Norazura proves why having a real life person to speak with is so important. Bravo!

Called their office. I got crystal clear explanation. Penjelasan yang amat jelas daripada Encik Hadi. Sekurang-kurangnya, jelas la direction saya untuk follow up dengan third party.
I used to come here annually before their system enabled online insurance renewal. Those days, their staff would advise me if it was safe to park in front of their branch without paying for parking as they were familiar when the enforcement officers make their round. This branch is fairly popular so a long queue usually occurs during peak hours. The staff are very friendly and talkative. Payment can be cash, debit or credit. Sometimes if one is lucky they invite visitors to join them makan-makan if they happened to prepare something out of the blue. I still felt the procedure the staff had to prepare/type in was quite a lot just for a simple annual car insurance renewal per person that’s why the queue could be long. Since the service went online, I stopped visiting them.

Walaupun pendamik sedang berleluasa, mungkin syarikat boleh memikirkan cara terbaik utk berurusan dengan pelanggan selain cara Telefon sahaja.ofis ada orang tapi tutup utk urusan.
