Thanks to Daniel from Synergy Worldwide who help me to ship out the notebooks to my customer in Australia for their event. It was a fast delivery and everything was handle smoothly inclusive of taking care of the duty and taxes and hassle free for me without having to worried abt the items not arriving on time or issue with the custom. Honestly the worst services and experience rendered. Used the company to ship my car and have a terrible experience whereby items like floor carpet were disassembled in a theft attempt. Other than that, small items that were put inside the car were being stolen as well.
I am aware that the insurance does not cover loss of items put inside the car, but floor carpets, that's just unthinkable, that items like floor carpet has to be shipped separately from the car to prevent it to be stolen, to have to really remove every single items from the car before shipping it, that's just frustrating.
Just sharing my experience to help others not to go through the same frustrating experience.

Always deliver ahead of schedule! Lorry driver came an hour earlier to be prepared for loading. Highly recommended.
