Gave them a ring to ask if the tyres that i want are available.i was asking for conti uc6 ultra comfort.the lady who picked the phone up staright away tell me " takde takde kita ade maxcomfort 5.ultracomfort uc 6 blom kluar lg. " i was speecheless afor brief moment.n replied " buat lawak eh". The thing was the lady didnt even have the courtesy to ask and find out about uc6 or if availabke only if booking made in advance.the wa she answered as if she never heard of the brand i want.ironically at hulu sungai pelek there i gacmve a ring the guy said yes they can order for me.customer service maaa! Lousyy as hell!
