Sungai Way Market Food Court

Please don't forget to try the famous mushroom curry sauce chee cheong fun. You can't find this anywhere else in the world!

One of the better market food courts around and well worth visiting if you're around S Way. Up on 2nd flr, the place is well ventilated and not congested. The CCF is good as well as the wantan mee and lam mee. Closes at 12 and parking can be found around the residential houses at the back.

Claypot yee mee is good. Chao keuy teow got 'wok hei', given filling portion, just that kicap taste not rich enough but I'm still ok with it. This stall is same row with mushroom g cheong fun. Nice aunty uncle

Curry soup and chicken leg is good, but wantan noodle is not good.

Beverage just so-so.

Surprisingly a small to mid size food court have almost 2 of everything. Like there's 2 stall selling drinks, 2 prawn noodles stall, a few curry noodles stall. Not really sure which stall is the oldest or original.

Fortunately there's only 1 chee cheung fun so I can't missed it

When you come to a Sungai Way in Petaling Jaya, you must visit this food court, because the locals or villagers here cook varieties of delicious Chinese foods. I always try out curry noodle first, when I see any. 当你们来到在八打灵再也的双溪威新村，你们一定要来这个巴刹的建筑里的顶楼，上面有很像香港食肆的格局的Food Court。这里的食物味道都很好，咖啡也泡得好喝。大家都来试试吧。

This market is slightly cheaper as compared to SS2 or section 17. The hawker foods are cheaper on 1st floor.

If you can find a carpark, this food court is a hidden gem! Located on the upper floor (staircases on the left, right and middle back), there's a good number of food stall options but because they follow the pasar timing, most stalls start from 7am and closes/wind down after 11am+. We turned up at 11.30am on a Saturday and got to sample chee cheong fun with mushroom (gravy a bit thick), char koay teow (not bad, lots of good sized siham), lam mee (quite light and clear) and chicken rice + kueh teow noodles with shredded chicken (best stall!). Not bad and prices around RM6 to RM7.50. Not that many people when we were there and best part is the breeze/air circulation.

The basic needs of a family from Vegetables. Chicken. Pork. Fish. Grocery. Seamstress. Fruit Stores.etc etc. Those living near here will find this wet market convenient.ample parking space next to the market which is situated on the 4th floor.now with the prices going up. Nothing is cheap.

Hidden at the top of the wet market is this food court with good food! The owners are mostly friendly and still makes authentic food without stinging on ingredients. My favorite is the Chee cheong fun that can only be found here! Many places try to immigrate but they fail… very bad. Pricing is very reasonable too!

First the food court is very airy, lots of fans so it’s not hot and stuffy. There a variety of food stalls. We had kopi c kosong at 2 different stalls. I like the kopi at 1st stall it’s about balance of kopi and C (maybe a bit more kau would be perfect). The 2nd stall’s kopi was too kau and too little C. Porky noodle with bitter gourd is ok though the soup is lighter than some other place. Wanton noodle is ok too.

The very old uncle chef for wantan mee put a lot of effort to make sure good quality.
The noodle is QQ and the soup is authentically make with flatfish.
We need to appreciate all this persistence but can see the sadness that he told me no successor for the stall and the noodle maker.

Food is good, need improvment on parking areas. Surrounding areas dirty, garbage not disposed.

Bought flowers for my parents grave. Was their birthday. Service fast. Was there at 8.30am.

It's a wet market, the vendors are located too close to each other. Needs improvements as it's really old and out dated.

Good place for breakfast and lunch, it has a high ceiling and fans so it's not as hot as other place, food is so so here, tried most of them, the old uncle wanton mee has very tasty wanton noodle, but the broth and wanton are a bit let down, other is so so, by the way the uncle selling kuih is very dirty, he use the same hand that he was eating something else, wipe his mouth with that hand pack the kuih I wanted.

Traditional pasar feel where almost all stalls operate by uncles aunties, nowadays hardly fine food court without foreign workers like this.

Quite a few fantastic hawker food stalls and Chinese cafe serving coffee, tea, etc. Price are also cheap compared to most coffee shops. Below is the wet market. Hence, convenient for wet market shoppers to enjoy their breakfast after or before their morning marketing.
