SUBWAY @ Axis Atrium

The oven has broken down they're cooking the subways with the microwave oven now. Bread is all hard and soggy.

A subway with stale food and bread, as an experienced customer here I would advice think twice, don’t need waste time and money for here.

Shop is old and worn out, staff sweep floor at 8.15pm around me while I am eating. Cannot wait until customer go out is it?

Ordered salad bowl thru FoodPanda but very disappointed as I only received chopped lettuce in a bowl. The salad bowl photos on FoodPanda is full of vegetables like cucumber, capsicum, tomato, pickles, etc. Feel cheated.

Ordered seafood sensation cookie meal along a mac and cheese but I didn't receive any at all. So little stuff yet still can mess up. Staff day dreaming?

The outlet was good, people friendly and location wise very strategic bit the food preparation seems lacking of taste e.g I asked for olive oil but the quality of olive oil wasn't good and the staff didn't want to hear feedback which I think is good for improvement for future business expansion

Not so many people coming for takeaway so I can get my order very fast. No doubt for the taste & quantity.

Baru kejap ni order (food panda).
Punyalah beriya kita ni pilih topping segala mak nenek bahan. Sekali bila sampai makanannya. Togel gitu je salad. Kebab sayur tak ada. Ya Allah. Sabar je laaa. Order online pun pakai duit tau, bukan free. Elok elok la sediakan order tu. Sakit pulak hati ha.

Very bad and rude staffs. I never make a conclusion by just one visit but I prefer to check and confirm by myself. I went there four (4) times and the service extremely bad in all visits. The counter staffs who take order very rude as if they give the meal for free! Even if free meal, I don't find their bad attitude justified. I wonder if the franchisor aware about their rude staffs. The management should check the CCTV in once a while to see how their staffs deal with customer. By looking at the Subway@ Axis Atrium rude attitude, they seem unfit to be engaged as the Subway frontliners.

Easy fast and pleasant experience. The small size east Malaysian woman staff is a pro. Nice job.

I am very disappointed with the attitude of the workers today June 8,2021 18: 15hrs. One of the staff.female were eating corn in the cup.the guy was joking with her ignoring the customer. It's very unprofessional. What's the outlet owner gonna do about it?

Great service by their staff here. Keep it up the good work guys. Have you guys ever wonder why healthy food more expensive than other fast food. Sandwhich more expensive than KFC snack plate set and big mac set

Counter staff not friendly. Difficult to answer customer query. Slow response macam malas nak layan customer.

Tak ada Dine In, hanya Take Away, menu sama saja dengan kebanyakan Subway yang lain, cuma disini boleh minta semua sayur dan sos.

Went there on 24th January 2021 (Wednesday) at 3.10 pm. The lady staff (don't know her) totally rude and arrogant! Serve food like serving for animals! We are paying for the food! Please train your staff on customer service!

Go 11am, but no capsicum slice.and no friendly, asking what promotion today, they say no promotion.maybe they can learn from subway great eastern how to improve they skill.

I've never been to least horrible subway establishment than this place! I've always leave this establishment feeling distatisfied by the horrible service and unfortunately for me I live here now. I love ssubway but this place have a really have service makes me dread going there!
