Layanan dari NAIM SANGAT TERUK. Datang dgn mood happy nak beli motor terus terbantut. Dengan muka yang tak senyum langsung sepanjang ada dkt kedai tu, cakap meleret slow mcm taknak cakap. Time tgh follow dia jalan untuk tgk motor, dia jalan slow slow sambil main phone, padahal customer dkt belakang. Aku taktahu apa masalah dia. 90% nak beli motor terus tak jadi pergi close sale dkt kedai lain je. Entahla mcm aku yang beria tanya mcm mcm dia tak explain pun unless tanya tu pun jawab sepatah sepatah. Comm skill dia memang out. SA lain pun okay je nampak menyambut pelanggan dgn senyuman.

Bagus kedai ni. Sentiasa assist customer dlm penerangan jenis jenis motor dan promo apa yg ada. Friendly staffs and boss.

Yg x bestnya. Bila sy order motor, dpt motor. Sy pulak takot nak naik. Aduhai.

Customer svc: explanation 5, payment 5, tapi kita pun kena la ada rasa ingin tahu tu.

Yamaha Starshop. This Yamaha dealer sells Yamaha Big Bike and small cc bike. Surprisingly i am able to view many types of Yamaha big bikes here and able to get my favourite bike in short period. Good job and well done to the salesperson who explain well to me. Highly recognized for those want to look for big or small cc bike.

g 1st service 1000km kt sini.kena charge RM50 utk minyak hitam dan minyak gear.ingat kan dpt murah sbb dia bg 3 kali free service utk labour charge.tp lebih mahal compare dgn kedai lain.

Klau motor baru ada problem, kita tanya or suruh betulkan, pomen yg tua tu akan cakap.memang keluar kilang ini macam.

They're friendly, place is tidy and clean too. Parts is super expensive there.all price quote are double from market.it is up to you to make decisions. For me, for the price they should be very extra careful when performing part change so that we have nothing to worry after leaving the workshop. This didn't happen here. This is my 2nd time and final time. I won't waste time visit this place. Everytime have something to change (not because of part failure) due to schedule maintenance always there another problem.

Yamaha should sometimes pay a visit to their authorize service center and get some feedback from consumer.

I pay for rim swap but you can see in picture attached, disc screw is faulty and all screw hex is in bad shape. I dont know if rim swap is a big sin or its just unprofessional behaviour by mechanic named Ah Wah

Recommended. If you wish to service your motorcycle, this is the place. You can get original Yamaha parts and lubricants here with reasonable price. The service centre is manned by well trained and friendlys staffs. You can ask for any advice about your two wheeler.

The only setback is that sometimes the waiting time can be a bit long, due to many customers and the mechanic will run through the full service checklist. They also do not have a proper waiting area for customer. If you are unfortunate, your preferred engine oil would be out of stock.

Hantar untuk claim accident. Seriously kedai ni mmg lambat dan tak efisen. Dah setahun pun tak settle lagi part motor. Servis pun low class tak tgk betul2 pun. Coolant dah kering pun dia tak perasan. Servis CVT memain aja, gris tak letak baru pasang roller depan senget.

Salesperson name Kak Jie very helpful. Booked a motorcycle and get it within two weeks, fast services.

Not satisfied with their work when servicing my motorcycle. Should check other things also like chain, tyre pressure, clutch and so on since i dont really have skills to do it myself.
