My suspension had been setup by 2 different workshops previously, it felt stiff/uncomfortable and having noises. After sending to SP Shocks to setup everything again, the suspension so much better and comfortable. It was reasonably priced as well. They did measurements before and after for you to refer to.
Later, I recommended it to a friend of mine to diagnose his BCBR. The boss told us that it was a faulty suspension that can be warranty. He didn’t not charge my friend any money as his problem wasn’t solved. That’s great customer service!
I highly recommend SP Shocks if you’re setting up your suspension or servicing your suspension. Do make your appointment earlier as they are usually occupied.
It took a while for the shocks which was already pre informed but I'm very satisfied with the results. Recommended service!
