A worker used a customer’s car and hit my car during reversing the car. The shop owner and staff looked at me as if i was the one that is in the wrong. No apologies. They blocked the road with the customer’s car for rolling tyres across the road. The best thing is that the worker didn’t even tell the owner of the car about the incident.

Truth to be told, aku dtg untuk tayar aku yang bocor. Instead of focusing on that problem, cm biasa, aku kena cross selling, alignment la, balancing la. So aku buat la balancing. Pastu, tayar aku yg aku dah check every 2-3 days, belah kanan depan tayar tu ada bocor, diorg check dgn air, bubble tak keluar. And solution dia, diorg buat balancing, isi angin. Suruh je aku jalan. What kind of service is this bro. This is about my family safety, korg bukak kedai tayar tp, not even penting kan the safety of your customer. Last time aku datang sini.

I am a regular customers. But today experience was so unpleasant under new management of supervisor. Back then when with old management no workmanship charges (cost me rm600 with 4 spark plug + 1 coil plug with rm260 per plug). Today they charge rm30 per unit for the workmanship to change coil plug per unit. Made right decision not to change another 3 coil. Some more want to charge rm80 to erase the alarm.
Definately will never never never come again. U dont deserve my money.

Datang sini nak servis aircond. Aircond tak perlu top-up, just tukar filter je. And guess what harga dia terrrrrrrrsangat jauh beza dgn harga shopee. Filter harga kedai RM48, Shopee harga RM2.80 je tak tahu lah nak kata apa, basah teruk rasaaaa.next time anyone nak tukar part ke make sure check harga dulu. Aku pun aduhaii tak terfikir nak check harga dulu tadi. Jadikan pengajaran lah yee.

Tukar tayar tadi tayar pecah.mahal.kedai lain rm220-230 paling mahal.sampai kat dia rm300 sebiji.memang tak datang lagi dah.sorry melayu tak melayu.kedai cina lagi murah

Changed my burst tyre and inspected the rest of the tyres (changed all). Accommodating and friendly staff, they even asked where I stayed if they could send me home as I came with grabcar along with that one burst tyre (spare is flat so car stuck at home).

Poor workmanship! My tyre burst in front of masjid, and need to bring my car to the closest workshop. While changing my tyre they told my right lower arm need to be replaced as well. I agreed, and let them change. They took almost a day to change lower arm and the reason is because one of the screw stuck, and they used both jaw locking plier which is already broken, please buy new one. Then job completed including balancing and allignment.

2weeks later i did allignment again because my steering off to the right at their other workshop in front of pkns. While checking they told me lower arm installed facing downward which is wrong, if lalu bonggol sure kena. And he did asked which workshop i sent for lower arm replacement? I told your workshop in front of masjid bangi. Lol

Fast service but poor workmanship. Scratch rim while tightening the nuts. Staff couldnt care less. First and last visit here.

At the moment is the best place to get your car problem fix as they serve u with smile, friendly and best job done. I am stuck here now

Very good first impression after my first time did alignment and balancing on my little Axia Adv - was greeted immediately as soon as I arrived, questions answered well, got seated in an aircond room, was able to watch the process, pricing was low, most important, my car felt good to drive long distance now, thank you, gals and guys.

Harga dia. Fuh. Fikir duku weyh. Cukup la sekali. Lepas repair, keta berbunyi. Bil rm858, memang tak puas hati. Tak pe lah. Melayu sesama melayu. Tapi serik la. Jgn lah tekan harga,

Dtg buat alignment, tapi pakai mesin pun masih tak betul, steering lari. Yg buat pula pekerja muda, tiada pengalaman. Already change NEW tyre, absorber, lower arm, driveshaft. Haih. 1st and last

A bit pricey but overall good service and friendly staff. Had to go there as it was the only shop that had tyres available for my car as the others in Putrajaya area had none. Variety of options as well.

Kerja ok tapi harga agak mahal. Saya tukar motor kipas radiator barang sahaja dah RM350. Flush radiator dan tukar thermostat baru (thermostat dan coolen beli sendiri). Total semua termasuk upah RM450. Saya buat pon sebab dah emergency. First and last.

Worst ever! Balik rumah menangis sebab maybe bukan rezeki utk di layan baik harini. Buat balancing tayar last two weeks. Dtg balik today sbb rasa macam ada bunyi krek krek. Just nak confirmation its either tayar or steering rack. Turns out dia kata steering racks prob. Tanya dia how much dia kata 1k. Tp dlm nada perli sindir kata - tayar pun haritu kata mahal tak boleh tukar, ini pula nk buat steering rack. Mmg mahal lah. -I was shocked. Say thanks and dlm kereta terfikir sampai menangis.

I am a regular customer to this workshop since 2015. Previously, I have sent all my family vehicles namely Lexus SUV, Vellfire MPV, Toyota Hilux and Proton Inspira to this workshop. The services are just OK and the price are on the high side. Recently, I have send my 4X4 (Hilux 3.0G AT KUN26) for major repair work. The total bill comes to RM8,446.00. When checking in detail I found out that the hilux water pump was previously changed in April 2019 which cost me only RM300 including workmanship. Last week (16/8/2020) the same vehicle water pump was changed costing RM780.00 not including workmanship. Six other parts were overly overcharged. In total I estimated a difference of RM2,713.70 from what I consider normal present rate. Prior to 2015, I have send all my vehicles for repair to another SNR Tyre & Services workshop also in Bandar Baru Bangi but operated by a Chinese franchisee. I was talked the wshop mechanic into sending my vehicles to All Muslim workshop at the above address. I have made complaint to the management of the workshop (manager name Adam, a convert) and inform the manager too (mazlan). Both give excuses that all parts are genuine parts. My check with a former mechanic Aiizat mentioned otherwise. I also lodged a complaint to KPDNKKHEP. My advice to other customers to the workshop. BE CAREFUL, GET QUOTES FIRST BEFORE AUTHORIZING THEM TO CHANGE PARTS. MAKE COMPARISON WITH OTHER WORKSHOPS OR CHECK ONLINE AUTO SPARE PARTS FROM SHOPPE OR LAZADA. My experience and advice is:
DONT GET FOOLED BY THIS ALL MUSLIM WORKSHOP TAGLINE. BE A WISE CONSUMER. Another option is to join the local Automibile Group abd seek their advice. Tq

Come at one of their workshop the other day, infront pkns and McDonald's bangi, one lady at the counter so rude not letting me pay using my debit card, if i come here again i will report this bengkel at BNM for not letting customer pay using card! Pay using card only charge you 0.021% la, the service charge are not cheap either, come on!

Servis tukar minyak.to ja dia buat. Xcek apa2 tambh angin Ker. Lap2 yg kena miyk.just sembur angin kat enjin kerata harga jgn ckp lah mahal baii

Ok lar servis sini yakin dengan pomen ok. Cuma sangat ngeri tukar stabilizer link saga blm 2008 sepasang rm360. Kalau buat kat zordaq baru rm45 sebatang.ngeri
