This school is very poor. Teachers discriminate against Chinese.pejabat's employees work slowly and speak rudely to parents, especially to Chinese.

A good public secondary school in Seksyen 8, Kota Damansara, in the age of proliferation of private schools. Quite a new school, it's student population has increased in the last two or three years. Being one of the better SMK in Kota Damansara (SMK Seksyen 10 would dispute this) school teachers and the school administration are trying their best to cope with this "sudden" increase.

Having two kids here, one of which has left end of 2017, I think the Education Ministry can assist more here before things deteriorated, with signs of it silently surfacing.

As one of the promises spelt out by the new 2018 Education Minister, Dr Mazlee, to reduce the teacher: student ratio to a more acceptable level, the school would benefit tremendously if this promise is fulfilled.

Dr Mazlee, hailing and living Kota Damansara himself, should take a quick visit to this school and schools in Kota Damansara in general and set in place the improvement promised.

Another urgent improvement or addition that the school needs is a sports playing field. A lot of talking and discussions on this were held but nothing fruitful borne yet. I'd given the school a instead of a 3-star ratings if there's a playing field for the school.

The surrounding environment is relatively good and quiet despite challenges with the usual morning and afternoon traffic. Easily accessible from the public housing and the up market properties nearby with plying bus routes in front of the school a definite plus. It is also away from major commercial centres or offices.

The single schooling session is a real bonus.

Wishing the students and staff of SMK Seksyen 8 all the best.

Worst school to ever send your kids. Do not send your kids here if you want them to have a bright future. Teachers are clueless and very discourteous. System is really bad. I suggest to take this school down. It ruined my life, and the teachers there are also very shallow minded and unexperienced, do not have the skills to teach.
