The three employees were all very good and polite. Especially the handsome guy who helped my wife get the phone number seemed to be named KAH CHUN. They are so professional & kind! Sent my locked phone for repair, they found out it’s actually small issue n guide me through the whole process to unlock it. Def my to go place whenever my phone need to go “clinic” see “doctor”:)

About a month ago, I sent my Redmi note 10 pro in for lcd replacement as the faulty screen was not responsive to touch.

Was given several options whether to change to original or OEM and I decided to change to OEM screen. Asked and was told that color may not be as good on the OEM screen and might not be able to unlock phone using fingerprint if the sensor is on the screen itself (not applicable for this phone because fingerprint sensor is on the side button).

Everything went well including the service, screen replacement took about half a day which is good.

Received phone and new LCD is working well. Solved my initial problem, but other problem arises as I use the phone for next couple of days
- Phone battery which previously could last up to 2days, now can only last max half a day.
- Phone gets very hot even when idle and not using at all.
- Side button and fingerprint sensor often becomes not responsive and forced to unlock using pin.

Unsure what causes these issues after the screen replacements but it is now quite a hassle needed to charge the phone every few hours.

Walk in to inquiry about my phone was unable to charge, they straight away check what happened to your phone first. Then provide suggestion and once confirmed then they will start working on it. Got my phone fixed within 1 hour. Great service!

I got my samsung vibrations problem fixed here. Walked in to booked spare part and paid deposit. On next day they called me to go. Phone was fixed in less than 30mins.

Staffs are friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. Strongly recommended!

Made my appointment yesterday 11pm.
Went to this branch today morning 10am. Quick diagnosis and left my iPad there and tahdaaa my button is fixed around 1.30pm. Quick, precise and reasonable, definitely recommended

S20 phone glass cracked. Assessed well to confirm only glass and not touchscreen. Professional and courteous. Service offered could be faster (due to parts at HQ, etc.) Dropped off Friday and collected next Tuesday.

Screen protector they recommended not great tho - sides coming off and in sunlight has a blue-ish reflection.

Update: They contacted me soon after and provided a new/improved screen protector. (I've revised my rating). Appreciate the prompt response and great service.

They done the service and I can get back my phone within same day (actually it is just half an hour when the staff start fixing the glass - excluded the 2hours waiting for the stock is ordered).

Very good service. Bring an 7 years old ipad air 2 for battery replacement where apple service center mention they do not provide anymore service for this model. Luckily i met SPR and my ipad is reborn now. They help to clean up my phone camera lens for free as one of the lens is moist.
