For a "roadside" shop, I am thoroughly impressed by Steven's service. He does not possess a sense of arrogance and superiority that you'd commonly encounter at other shops. For me, Steven has been quick to get back on WhatsApp and has been quick to show me what I needed, such as service records (if available) and aftermarket parts that weren't in stock.

So, this shop would be my first choice in the future to enquire about used or new bikes and I would find Steven. An honest salesman isn't easy to come by if you ask me, it's always a hit and miss, so Steven at SSH definitely has my attention. However, I haven't experienced what their aftersales service is like, but I expect it to be decent.

Pricing here for the bikes I came to see is superior to other shops I visited as well, especially if you can negotiate. And no, I don't work here.

Sold me a lemon (a used TNT25). It took me several months to repair it and worse, I send it to a nearby workshop right after after riding it back from this shop back at home. I thought that they would compensate for the repairing cost since I haven't even had the chance to ride the bike at all.

Boy, I was wrong! You know what? I could afford to lose out on the RM 3K+ repairing cost but let's see how many customers can this shop afford to lose when it prioritized profit vs business ethics.

I bought a used bike from Steven recently, was friendly and nice, and he even threw in some goodies.
After riding it for 2 days, I discovered that the steering is off, the alignment is not right, fork is slightly dented, engine is misfiring and the tyre pressure valve is leaking. I asked him on the day of purchase if the bike has been dropped or crashed, he just said the exhaust was burnt. That seems a bit puzzling.
If he knew this beforehand and told me, I would have still bought the bike so I'm aware and know what needs to be fixed. But if he knew and yet chose not to tell me, that's just a lack of integrity.
If he didn't know about it, then it's just my luck.

Inquiries spare parts prices tru whatsapp a lot different than walk in price. Sometimes they forgot you're existing customer.

Nice Salesman and their Formen are very polite and respect customer. I'm not very sure for Bike price. I did buy a bike from them and if any problem they will do properly and advise. Thumb up to Mr. Stephen.

Bring in my V-strom to check faulty speedo. The mechanic checked and confirmed need to change sensor. They don't have the stock but give free check and consultation.
