Went on a saturday for a change of tire, and thoroughly impressed by the swift, dexterious and efficient showing by the workshop team in doing their work. I changed 2 tires with balancing and allignment within 30 minutes. The pricing is reasonable, the mechanic looks professional and experienced and extra added value was given, small things but great nevertheless. The mechanics also are friendly. Very good service for car workshop.
Tempat menunggu yang selesa, service cepat dan harga berpatutan. Selalu beli tayar dan buat alignment kat sini. Terbaikkk
Ordered the tyres from Tyre Expert and managed to book for an appointment on the same day purchase (after getting the clearance from TyreExpert via WhatsApp)
Excellent customer service, friendly and patient in answering your queries. The only additional costs was the tyre alignment which costs around RM27 for Myvi.
First time datang servis sini. Overall OK cuma mereka charge oilsum nuts RM12.50/pcs tapi dalam resit dia masuk 2 biji, kena la rm25. Air filter pula dia charge rm55.kaji sendiri lah k.
Change 2nd hand tyre. Good service but the staff like to kepo asking African's wife where she comes from. Is that how Malay staff act? Kita kerja, buat dengan jujur dan amanah. Hal orang lain jangan masuk campur. Bagaimana org tanya isteri u, asal mana ek? Tak sopan namanya tu.
Service is OK. Sometimes, I feel the replacement suggested is not really necessary. But, good proactive suggestions sometimes. The customer lounge could be better.
Just went to service there.i've told them i've limited knowledge on cars and ask them to provide honest advice what to change or service.their twisted words forced me to change many things which in the end was not necessary.part of my fault as well cause i didn't do my homework.but i'll never visit this shop again.quite expensive as well.
