Bengkel insurance claim takleh pakai. Barang takde 7 bulan, 7 bulan tu la dia diam takde update status apa2. Bila tanya, ckp motor boleh jalan suruh pakai dulu. Customer tanya pasal coverset, bukan motor boleh jalan ke tak. Bad service and rude bila customer call tanya status update. Kawan lain accident claim insurance utk coverset dah dapat within 6 months. Really not recommended. Improve your service and follow up with your customer politely. Is not i ask every weeks or days. I ask for update also after 1-2 months

Very bad services, the boss is never call back to update the status accordingly, everytime is I call to follow up the progress for service.
Add on, the repair & services skills is unprofessional!
