11Only women's surau can be used, unfortunately the men do the prayer too long (15-20 minutes) in the women's surau. Tolonglah ada common sense sikit, jangan sampai menyusahkan orang lain y nak guna sama.

Casheir is not trustworthy.i pay with ewallet for rm60.00 of fuel but she only set RM30.00 of fuel.
This Shell is under Sentral Tiram Permai located nearby Giant opposite and just before Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya. Complete with amenities such as Toilet, ATM, Mini Market, Costa Coffee, morning breakfast meal, sandwiches and a lot more. Can use Touch and Go and Boost E- Wallet here. With a lot of parking space.
Normally I'll drop to Petron for filling up the petrol because of their friendly attitude staff (normally their local staff would do that) or sometimes the other branch just across the road, but this shell branch is my first Shell branch with very friendly staff (cashier) ever that I've visited, unlike the one across the road.
She (the cashier that I met today) basically will assist the customer with smile in her face and greets.

This is my favourite Shell petrol station since i fill petrol all the time. Quite accessible and they do provide great service
No Euro 5 diesel. Maybank ATM in the Shell store. Be careful when rejoining the LDP. I only fill up with Caltex, BHP and Petronas for my petrol cars though, as they are smoother - Ron 95.
Dear owner of Shell LDP Kelana Jaya,
Before placing a foreigner handling your cashier, please make sure they really understand the local language (english & malay) and even hand gesture. I asked for 20 ringgit touch n go top up and clearly showed a '2' sign while saying dua puluh to the cashier, and he ended up reloading my card with the amount of 50 ringgit. And when I confronted him, can't even admit to his mistake not understanding the instruction (orally & hand gesture) and obviously it can't be refunded since its already been reloaded. What if that is the only cash I have left?
