6 TERRIBLE SERVICE. Many times I want to full tank using my debit card, the foreign workers refuses. I don't have this problem at other Shell stations, only this particular one.
TWICE they refused, then I took out RM50 and gave them as DEPOSITS and then they have that shameful look on their face then relented.
Recently, the staff manning the counter asked me to do it at the petrol pump but I found out that would result in RM 200 being withheld from my debit card account and it would take weeks before the balance is returned to me, affecting my cash flow!
Really stupid policy at this station! I no longer pump petrol here even if it's the closest to my house. I'd rather pump somewhere else on the way to / from work!
Very bad customer service! If there’s no customer then ok but a lot of customers come in and no one want to service. Keep on standing/ sit there and chitchat only.

The SHELL petrol station has been taken over by a new management in May 2019. The station now opens 24 hours 7 days a week with new Helix Center and new Car Wash Operator.
Under the new management the Select Shop is filled with new shop items and new payment method such as Boost, fave and Touch n Go. With friendly staff and hot food items to be served, it will make your visit to Shell Puchong Jaya a memorable one.
