13Lady in cashier worst for customer service, talking as if she is gonna beat up customer. So rude! Worst place ever to fuel ur car. Cant even buy delights in peace.
Pekerja bangla @ nepal kurang ajar.rambut warna jingga lelaki.harap owner ambil tindakkan.bila nak bayar di kaunter dia suruh patah balik bayar dengan dia. Bila nak bayar dengan dia mesti lambat.kadang² main handphone.
If possible avoid this station. This business owner is in for all cash option only. So if you at a rush in need of petrol and without cash. You are waiting to get your car dry up. Is has happened to me twice. Never getting back to this station ever. Word of advise to biz owner. If you are too afraid to lose money over a business you are owning, please stop doing it and move on with your life. Don’t create unnecessary problems, not cool.
I always fill my cars tanks with shell Ron95. This is the 1st time I refuel at this shell. After refueling, I feel less power & the engine struggles to accelerate. Engine sounds louder and can fill vibrations. I think the owner is cheating.the fuel is not really Ron95.it could be a mixed up with lesser quality fuel. This is the last.i will never go there again. I hope there is a way to make official complaint about this store to shell hq
The lady at the cashier is NOT customer service friendly. There was no queue & I wanted to pay at the window but she said I must go inside to pay as she's alone. Simply ridiculous! Hope the Management will educate her what's customer service. I'll rather go to another Shell station which is further away.
03 July @ 6.01 pm
Sohai worker. Put up barrier around 7.45 during MCO to not allow people to pump fuel.buy a watch man. Learn to read a clock FFS.
222 branch better, allows everyone in at 8pm and then closes the barrier.
Overall not bad but can the music inside of the station be changed to a radio station instead of jazz music all the time
They have costa coffee, tealive, and deli2go snacks with gourmet hotdogs.all customers at the pumps, cash or card, gets their hands sanitized, they really care for their customers safety, good service, definetly recommended
An important old landmark in SEA Park, PJ
Close at 9 pm not 24 hrs
Has all of Shell franchise expertise specs.standard.
Location is the best spot on top of whole of SEA Park sitting as a round about itself.
One of the few shell outlets owned by bumi lady in PJ. Strategic location at busy traffic lights junction though forecourt a bit tight for cars to come squeezing in to fill in at the pumps
I’ve mostly been to this branch for fueling up my car tank. It’s been a few years since then. Everything was fine, not until.
Just went in there like any other day to fuel up my car, my sister went there too for it. After that we wanted to put some air in for our tires. 2 air pumps booths there with 1 which is broken, so we have to share it. Even after finishing our business there. We stopped for a while as there is a problem with the tire pressures.
During the stop, there’s one worker who came to told us that we cannot stop at the fueling area. I understand that as there might be people who wanted to fuel up the car, so we moved to the air pumps area.
At this time, there we cars there for the air pump service too, so I have to wait in line for it. The annoying thing, this same person came around my car again staring at me. But I couldn’t bother as I’m ready for the air pump booth to be cleared.
Once it is cleared, my sister parked at one of the booth while the other booth was occupied for quite some time already. I parked behind my sister then I came down to help her. Guess what, the same person came back again to tell or I should say command us not to park there (my car).
1st thing, I am there for your service, I understand that there are certain things that I should abide to and follow. However, I was there for proper services and not just there to put my car just so that I can get free parking service. There wasn’t enough area for the air pump so I have to stay behind the cars, there wasn’t even a place to park to begin with which to be honest almost all petrol station will have a big free space to park for a while.
2nd thing, professionalism. The person attitude is down right bad. I have no idea why he’s being so judge mental or I should say inpatient or in such a manner that I have to as if yes bow down and follow your command. You are in a service sector and you failed to uphold to your professionalism in this sector. Unless you have insufficient training or your day is bad today, I don’t know, then you just got to deal with it. When you’re here, you’re up for the job and you’re always prepared, try as best as you can even if something happen.
3rd thing, spacing. There are so many space at your petrol station and you blocked them with traffic cone. I understand if some people tactically put their car there just so they can have a free parking to go out there for food, or some other business. What about paying customer? We wanted to use your service but you made it as if you do not want us to be there. You can set up some rules about parking there to solve it, example 15-
30 minutes parking duration. Once over here comes a fine ticket. Simple solution.
So there goes the 4 stars and here comes the 1 star. Please, manager, if you see this message, please consider some time for reflection and improvement. I know you guys can do this.
The shell relevant department shall take soonest action to improve their stop valve at every petrol filling bay. I seen the valve don’t stop timely when the tank is full. Over spill at almost every refill of RON 95
It is a fuel wastage, contaminate the petrol kiosk, waste car owner money
This fuel station doesn't have pump attendants who wash your vehicle windows but the staff manning the cashier's counter are well trained and very courteous. They always greet you whenever you step into their air conditioned, convenience store.
Its strategic location and its vicinity to nearby businesses and a bank in Sea Park makes it extremely popular with motorists. Expect a queue at the pumps during peak hours.
Too bad this Shell station lacks a car wash, ATMs or a 24 hour operating time.
