The pump station sucks! The letters on the push button panel worn off, not visible. I have to guess the numbers. Why no maintenance?
The service provided by your new staffs are terrible. Really miss the previous staffs working there. They are way faster, more efficient and also makes lesser mistakes. I hope the management will take action and do something about it as this is not the first time I am encountering this.
The toilets are clean and convenience shop is always well stocked. The car wash and and the air cond repair are actually 4 & 1/2 star.
Absolutely hate this place unless I have to come here. Service is subpar. The air pump isn't well maintained. Today terminal was closed on me while I was in the middle of a transaction.
