Before we buy, we asked Cashier whether the bonus link can be used? The cashier said it was available. We started choosing things and bought a cup of coffee. After choosing, we had to check out. The cashier said bonuslink offline. Finally paid with e-wallet.
The cashier attitude needs to be strengthened.

The cashier does not let me redeem my point, say it's offline, and ask for a manager, but don't have. No manager, no boss, and it says he can take voucher. After I make the coffee, it says he can not use a voucher. What service is this? Terrible.

Shell near MUFORS- always long queue at the cashier but it is ok since quite fast. Love the pastries and breakfast options- nasi lemak packed in daun pisang was delicious. Have an issue with the parking. Patrons do not park inside the parking slots, instead they park behind the slots which made people who parked in the slot have difficulty in getting their cars out.

Ample parking space, ample petrol pump station for petrol abd diesel. Friendly staff to assist you when ever you need assistant in your purchase or asking for direction to your location.

The surau is very convenient.provided with aircond.if u want to pray.please park at the back near the diesel filling station.

Staff do not bother to regulate customer queue and just let motorcycles non stop hog the one and only euro5 lane. Seriously pathetic.

My regular petrol place. Convenient and love to drop by the convenient shop too to grab food, drinks, snacks or even just personal products. Been going to SHELL for petrol for the last 15 years. I wish there are more SHELL station around town

An ok place to buy drinks for quenching your thirst, or when you feel like throwing up. Also recommended for cars which are running low on fuel.
