Bad experience with those foreman. Treating ur beloved bike like experiment mice. Let the newbie (new learning foreman) To change ur important parts. So many thing should do also didn’t do. Just like mine bike. Changing coolant didn’t do bleeding. I’m riding back to home. Temp light is on, sending back for second time. Also same matter. Haven’t change anything my bike is no problem. After change a little simple thing. Then the problem occur until now.

Never seen any kind of shop like this. They provide Free soft drink to their customer from tha fridge. The dealer also kind and very professional.

Staff being really helpful. Got a lot of Kawasaki bike to choose from. Great sales and after sales service. Recommended if you're looking for your dream bike. Better price, a lot of free gift included with purchase. Already compare with other shop in KL, Johor and Pahang. You can get the best price here. Will come here again for my next bike upgrade.

Overall the service was good but what upset me is that they didnt call me when they have finished repairing my bike. A day later im the one called them asking if it's done.

Very slow service, and staff looked like not so experience with yamaha motorbike services, even though it's authorized yamaha center. Staff not trained to face it.

Admittedly this is the best service centre around serdang area, but other brand bike might need to wait awhile if other is busy, since they will prioritize Kawasaki brand bike 1st.
