I sent my 1st car for service here since 2010 for 9 years. Their service was good. But after service today, no one explained what had been done, just straight to counter to pay.unlike many years ago. Plus the parking space has become very limited. Workmanship can't comment now, still need observation. But I can give credit to their customer service and workmanship prior year 2019, that was when I last sent my 1st car for service here.

Book appointment 10.15am,wait still 11.18am just serve me and tell service detail, and then start service, bad experience.

Very bad service. The red-haired male staff is very rude. Wont come here again. The branch manager should monitor this staff. My friend also complained the same thing about this sissy guy.

Poor service. After service, no explanation on what was done. Asked to make payment first. Then gave away the keys to take the car and leave. Had better Perodua services at my hometown, Ipoh.

Very poor customer service! Appointment 11.15am, waiting until 1.00pm still no call for interview of service even with appointment. Need to ask back Owner if service centre, what means of appointment? Even no on time for servicing, waste our time to wait with nothing

Service bagus, penjelasan terperinci.tapi agak menjengkelkan bila pekerja kebersihan bising bercakap telefon buka pembesar suara dan pasang suara menonton utube bila ade pelanggan berehat di atas sementara menunggu kereta siap di servis.

Poor service. Rude Staff.

My husband came here to service his car and left his wallet in the customer waiting area. When he left, he didn't realized that the wallet was missing until the evening, and he quickly contacted the staff to find the wallet. Until next day they said they couldn't find the wallet and we told them to check the CCTV. What happened just yesterday, they spent a few days looking for CCTV. I tried calling them to ask about it and the female staff here responded rudely. In the end, they only sent us the first and last part of the video of my husband at the service center. As for the parts of the wallet that were taken away not sent to us:)

27/8/2022, perodua service centre Bandar baru sungai buloh, all the staff smart, polite and professional,
this review juz after left my car to the centre, will come back for my car after 1 hours.

Very bad service. My problem still not resolved. When I'm having problem with fuel meter he asked me to change battery. Eventhough current battery functioning well. Even after change the battery the problem still persist. Sumore I have to go twice after change battery cuz there is some weird sound and vibration. Then they reinstall the battery.

Teruk la SC ni, lapar sangat duit orang ke?

Battery Terminal Protector akan tukar bila tukar bateri baru, kau caj tukar benda bodoh ni

Windshield washer pun kemaruk kau nak topup padahal kete aku air wiper tak fungsi

Cabin filter bersih lg sebelum ni pun kau tukar jugak

Ingatlah sikit cari duit nak bg anak bini makan, jgn suap duit haram

Jujur dalam pekerjaan! Ingat ya

Seriously management kedekut nak mampus. Prepare la cup pakai buang ntuk customers minum.tu pun nak berkira.makanan snack x perlua cakap la. Memang xde langsung.tapi staf sini ok. Sgt baik melayan.

Last minit staff call untuk reschedule sebab halfday cny eve.ok la tukar dari 2.30pm ke 8.30am.tetapi.hairan orang yang masuk sama 8.30am semua dah settle.tungu punya tunggu sampai 10.30 baru settle.padahal saya ketiga awal register servis.keluar sama orang masuk jam 9.30am.malas nk cakap banyak lepas ni dah tak nak hantar sini.nak parking lagi satu susah.

Very poor service and poor customer handling skill from the staff. Sent the car to the Produa service centre sungai buloh on the 26th December and made the payment on the 7th January, still no feedback from the staff and told will only proceed after Chinese New year. Told by the staff called Afiz to proceed if we want or can take back the car. Please don't provide any lousy service if cant fulfill customers satisfaction

Critical: Punctuality
Do you understand what ia appointment and punctuality? My 11am appointments wait until 1pm for service. I waited here for 2 hours and still waiting. What kind of service.wasting my time.very disappointed.

Follow up barang janji seminggu, masuk minggu kedua pun takde call inform, bila call kata takde stock, tunggu lagi 2 3 hari pun takde call utk follow up. Minggu ketiga call lagi terkial-kial cari details, pastu letak. Call balik tak jawab-jawab. Yang pickup call perempuan. Pls lah barang dah bayar, at least inform lah progress. Hopefully diperbaiki. Tks

Staf not so friendly.i need to know detail what going on.but i dont get it.i juz do checking my car due to some weird sound from car.now.happen again.unsolve my problem.shud repeat.but i will choose other SC
