They repaired my 3 months old phone in warranty really fast, despite having to order in parts. Only 3 days. Phone is as good as new. Don't know why this place has a bad rep, even in Samsung forums.

Despite my initial concern from seeing all the bad reviews, I was most pleasantly surprised by the excellent service received. Due to my own carelessness, had to replace my screen after dropping it for Z Fold 3 phone. I paid in advance for the service and parts required, but had to come back another day to pick up my repaired phone as they did not have the part in stock. The customer service officer Ms Nisa assured I would get a call from them once the phone is ready. That was just before 3 pm. However, received a call from another customer service officer within a few hours to inform me that I could come in before they closed that night, as the part had arrived and repairs had been completed. Went in the following morning to pick up my phone, and so happy that phone is back to full function! Thank you to the entire customer service team for the great service.

Bad: Technician who tried to pin the blame on me
I came in to repair my S21+ which screen had malfunctioned and could not turn on.
The first customer service officer (cannot remember name) took in my device and explained the cost to repair the screen (around Rm800+) since I was out of warranty. I asked them to verify it was indeed the case and to give me a call back before proceeding with the repair. Technician called me and confirmed the screen indeed had malfunctioned, and I agreed to go ahead with repair.
Couple hours later, call back from technician saying repair was completed and pickup is ready. Then, as a side note he said that during repair, back glass had cracked, claiming this was due to a small pre-existing crack at the bottom of the screen. He failed to mention the severity of the issue and implied as though the crack just spread slightly. I said, fine as long as only cosmetic.
Next day when I picked up, HUGE shock as the whole glass was cracked from top to bottom. I wouldn't call it cosmetic as the structural integrity of the phone would be impacted because the glass no longer can support the phone. In fact, I noticed the point of crack was at the TOP half near the camera, and propagated from there (as though something heavy and sharp had been dropped on it), contrary to the technician claims that it started from the BOTTOM pre-existing crack.
Siti who attended to me that day was apologetic and mentioned they will order the back glass replacement (at no cost to me) but will take a few days so I brought phone back to use.
The same technician then called me and tried to bargain, saying I already agreed no issue for the back glass cracking. He even tried to bargain and asked me to pay for the glass repair, and subsequently 50% of the cost when I refused to budge.
I refused stating that he had only informed me the glass cracked AFTER repairing the phone. No where did anyone tell me there is a risk of glass cracking prior to initiating the repair.
Eventually it was sorted out with Siti and I did not have to fork out any additional money for the back glass repair.
Thank you to Siti who helped address the issue. However, I have to give only 2* for the overall experience due to the technician who kept trying to pin the blame on me for the back glass cracking DURING their repair process.
My z fold 3 screen protector had bubbled in the middle. Made an appointment at this service center. Figured I would just pay at the service center. To my surprise, I had one complementary screen protector replacement available which I didn't know Samsung offered. 40 minutes later and the screen protector is replaced.
I had my phone repaired for less than 4 days as promised. Staff was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Overall, great service. Thanks.
Friendly service crew, efficient service.location is quite easy to find. Drop your phone and they will fix it within an hour or two if they have the parts.onw of the reasons why I have stuck with their brand since the 2000s.

I went there on weekend, my expectation would be long que. And yes, i need to wait for my turn.
But it took me only 10 min to wait. My phone finished in 30 min.
Im not repairing phone, only change SP for my Z flip.

My experience to share is better call service center b4 heading straight there coz not all keep the parts. Went to Wisma Bentley & 1U no stock & it might take more than 5days to get it done ️

Very poor customer service. Samsung should have better customer service training for the staff. No call back no update, and your shop could do with a facelift to make it more appealing.
They should learn from companies like Honda service center. Or chilies restaurant as an example. Polite and efficient customer service would make the difference. I don’t blame the staff as this is entirely on management of the company. Buck up your service or you will start lose more customer.
Front malay/Indonesian woman staff is so busy on her gadget, not even attentive to paying customer. All replies is very rude and unprofessional. I think she doesn't like working. Why not stop her immediately?

The staff doesn't check the part stock availability prior to our request. Just proceeds things on her own will. Very poor service from that staff.
