The agent told me it can done within 1 month, however, my car is done repaired almost 2 months. During the period, the SA is very slow response my message for the follow up status.

I chose this workshop because they said fast, if not, I wouldn’t choose because it is super far from my side……

The worst workshop I have ever visited. Service is absolutely terrible, never return call despite being requested for so many times. I have to call at least 3 to 4 times everyday to check up on the status.

The SA in charge is totally irresponsible. Not even once that he called or texted to update. All empty promises. I had a minor accident which I believe the repair work itself would take less than a week. Waited for almost 3 weeks before I could collect my car. If I had not been calling them daily to follow up and chase, I would have to wait for another month or 2.

I am so disappointed with their workmanship. If I could have rated 0 star, I would.

For those who consider sending cars for repair and body paint, please think twice. This is the last place you want to send your car here for repair.

Customer service - 1/5 (procrastination with no update)
Body paint - 1/5 (can see color slightly mismatch under light and uneven)
Body part- 1/5 (lack of parts and didnt install properly ended up loosen wiper hose)

Its good to claim at this perodua, the manager and staff so nice to client and always to their good very good to their customer. I so recomended to send your car to this place. Very fast and the car they all to so perfect

TOLONGGGGGGGG lah jgn hntr kereta kat sini klu accident.klu ada org recomende bagi kad ke, baik korg pergi lah dekat bengkel korng yg korg trust. 3 bulan kereta dlm tu bile ambil cat teruk gilerrrrrrrr. Claim lost of use kene ambil report sendiri dekat balai.sebelum hntr baca review guysss.
