20Been here twice with last visited was in Oct23'. Attended by their staff named Philip who assisted us patiently with our queries. Plus the lady at registration/enquiry counter was polite too. Overall waiting time was acceptable. All goes well after service for 6mths maintenance.
3 years ago, I just bought my new vehicle Bezza. Firstly, the staff are quite friendly and quite good service. But in year 2023, don't know what happened, this service center become worst.
Early on Jan 2023, my vehicle oil filter leaking. The PIC told me the problem of oil filter is caused by manufactured. Then is fine. After changed it, leaking again. I feel very annoyed, already change it twice.
When I booked for time slot and ask them to solve it quickly. The staff said sorry they can't do that.
Somemore this is the service center first time I heard no alignment service and during our car is servicing, we don't know what are they doing (i.e change parts without authorised).

After 4 months repaired car spent RM xx, from Feb to end of Jun2023, the car has been tow 4 times and still have same problems, car breakdown at middle road and can't start engine, wasted our time and money to repair at this so called Perodua Centre, can't solve the car problem after car service and repairs. What warranty is this?
FYI. We wont go to your service centre anymore starting today as your poor service and can't solve customer problem. Pls do not trust this centre, they make your car worst and no responsible. Car is very important as we use it everyday on the road. Today make me felt damn disappointed and depressed.

The car been tow and check by perodua for few times, still cannot find what problem with the car.then now this time, the staff Joe said if need to check and repair need to pay for everything which might cost >Rm 1k +,
then what warranty perodua is giving?

Very bad service.once problem comes late too response.somemore they using what perodua spare parts idk.like local thing brake pad or oil filter and more.not recommended.taking too long to solve problems
Very bad customer service. Only good for normal servicing. When comes to problem complaints will make u wait for weeks to book slot. Don’t support this SC!

Appt for car service (1k km for new car) at 2pm, entertain you at 230pm… was told if have any complaint about the car, got to make new appt for it… hmphh… nah, you wont be my first choice for car service after this ️
Really recommended! Parking terhad tapi buat kerja laju. Tempat nak tunggu pun selesa. Staff peramah. Mmg i akan datang lagi untuk service kereta.
Appointment at 11: 00 but have to wait for slightly more than 2 hours for an oil & spark plugs change, including abt an hour in the non-aircond holding area before I am allowed to proceed to the proper waiting area upstairs. The desk clerk trying to upsale me with many optional xtras, but she did a good job explaining / justifying why each needs to be done & not being pushy when I declined. She admitted the wait would be longer if I elect to do the extras. The quote she gave me is wrong, since it specifies an incorrect & much cheaper type of oil for my car. This has been corrected when I paid for the service, but I find it odd & unprofessional for an authorized service center to succumb to such silly oversight. Lastly, no free makan & drink provided, unlike the nearest Perodua's own service center. I miss the free food, ha ha ha.
Been sending my car for service here for almost 10 years. Quality of service have been maintained well all this while, in fact getting better. Conducive waiting area upstairs with proper toilet, praying area and wifi connection if you wished to stay doing work while waiting for the car service to be completed. Professionalism is always there without jeopardising customers' satisfaction. Kudos to the team here!
Overall satisfied with the service staff, friendly and pleasant. Only wish is that their waiting area allows us to view the service area of our cars.
Friendly staffs and quick service. Drinks and food r provided during breakfast. Ample of space for customers. Decided to make this as my permanent service centre. Amazing.

The staff is super friendly and caring. I was doing my laptop work while waiting downstairs and they showed me there's a table with charging point upstairs. Then another staff came up and told us that they prepared some kuih for us downstairs, and there's free coffee too. It made my my day!:)
Service is fast and affordable. Place is comfy with a lounge / dining area upstairs. There's free coffee, wifi, water, and charging sockets. Staff are friendly and attentive.
Seevice available up to 6pm on saturdays. Friendly people, got food, tv, place for prayers, place for children on top, ping pong, considered fast even for walk in.
Been servicing my cars here for the past 12 years. Staff are dedicated and attentive. Very happy with their service. The volume of people who comes to service here speaks for itself.
This is a small service outlet for regular servicing, for major repair better to go for bigger outlets as they have the warehouse to store the spare parts.
I ordered an axia.the sales manager told me if i sign on the loan agreement i can get my car 3 days later.i signed.now he is telling me it's gonna take 5 days.i know the 2 days for other people is nothing but i need it really urgent that is why i am rushing.i took maybank loan which is very high interest with a downpayment.if he told me it's gonna take so many days i would have wait for another bank loan coz it made no difference to me.now i need to bear high interest loan and yet cannot get my car.i am super frustrated! This is like cheating
