Soo bad! Tried using rinnai n bought all the kitchen aplliances from them (about 5 things), hoping tht it will be a good brand BUT when theres problem they will come n we have to pay them just for checking! Bought the Hub n they wont install it fr u, u have to hire smbdy to do tht! The microwave only used a few times n the light already burst? What did i do apart frm pressing start n stop? When asked to come they want to charge rm100? Whattt? Shouldnt hv used Rinnai! Customer service is soo baddd! So dissapointed

I bought Rinnai stove model RB-712N-G the flame leaking.the flame coming out from bottom side.i tried to called customer service nobody answered.the i tried to online submit to ask but database error prompt out.so how to contact u guys? So disapointed

Both (2units) Rinnai shower heater broke down within the same week after using for less than 1 week. Aftercare services worse, it took the technician for almost 2 weeks to come n service. Thy even delay the appointment and not contactable on the day of appointment when we hv already taken leave waiting for them. Doest suggest this brand.

Bought the water heater because of the outlook design, but very regret because it is not hot, it is just warm only.their price is higher than other brand in the market so makes me think rinnai is better but end up kena tipu.water heater is a home product which cannot test on any shop, we only will know after installation, so must be careful.

Brought my Rinnai ri522m today which I have not use for a year new bought form Lazada was attended by a lady who ask technician Uslan to test out my stove straight away which turned out there is nothing wrong with to stove it was my mistake to put the plates in the wrong side thank you very much for the immediate service Uslan very efficient

Very bad services, my report number 20062780, not give replacement item when we show Warranty Card, they want to receipt of payment. After we give the receipt, but no feedback after that. Highly Japanese price with low attitude servis. You want operate in Malaysia or not?

Very slow service! My customer service order number is SO19126771, it's already 1 week time but no technician attends the job until now. I would like to give half a star only if i were given a choice.

Slow service and without follow up from the service team! Promised to call back by the service team, but end up never call us back and even don’t want to pick up our call.

Regretfully bad experience, all nice and good before purchase but after you have confirmed and settled, be prepared for the worst. Conveniently reject your request for assistance that was agreed by technician during previous service visit.
