Customer service very arrogant, not listening to customer problem, wasting ppl time and money!

Excellent service provided by William. I came there with no appointment but he consider and solve my problem due to my safety. Will set another appointment with them for oil change n service. Last time i am a regular customer with another peug specialist but After i go to Renautech, i have made up my mind to come here instead. They are better than previous workshop i used to send my car. Thanks William.

Smooth and responsive operation by William (manager) not like other shops, they let a staff duel with customers directly which is not professional. And sometimes, I never comeback just because of that.

Ask for brake pads replacing but don't get it done. Causing my car break down while travelling.

I always send my green savvy. Last months i sent it by tow but until now i did not received any feed back. I try to call but always engaged. I ask my hubby to call still no feedback. Please call us back. I am not sure the status of our green savvy AHA. We are regular customers that has been sending there for years. Thanks for the feedback, I already got the updates. The MCO has been a delayed with festive season around the corner which is understandable. I hope the service will be maintained even with the affect of covid.

William attended my call, assigned his technician Noon, he performed the diagnostics and found the ABS sensor faulty. They are professional, courteous and helpful. Reasonable price. Well done boys.

Excellent service! First time here. William attended to me. Very professional and sound technical advice on what I needed to do for my 3008 immediately and what could be done later. Great service. Been sending my proton savvy 2009 and it is in tip condition. I am so gratefull. Savvy really well known for their problems, so many problem, but sending to this workshop has make my car problem reduction to the max. Hope the service will keep continue their good work and more car owners sending their cars there.
