Although the wait time is long, this service branch has very transparent service where mr amar singh showed all the work done and explained the condition of the car. Not pushy with additional service. I appreciate the trustworthiness of the service, as i have encountered issues in other proton branch where work were not completed as paid for.

Alhamdulillah. Ini kali kedua saya berjual beli dengan Mr Zainol Alias (SA). Kami selesa dengan beliau. Cara kerja yang bagus, super laju, jenis tak simpan kerja dia ni, berpengalaman, professional, walaupun urusan pertanyaan melibatkan waktu malam sekalipun beliau tetap melayan dengan baik. Terbaiklah!

I want to complain today I have an appointment at 9: 30 am but until 11: 30 am my name is still not called to find out the quotation and the train is still not in service anymore.so I decided to cancel the service and I booked another service center. So bad service.

Since the 2nd service I’ve been sending my car to them. Very prompt and superb customer service by Mr Amar. Even the front desk people are friendly and attend to your concerns.

Towed my car in on Friday 4pm for battery replacement. No updates nor acknowledgement whatsoever after they received the car. Only called me the next day. Went there on Monday to check and have to update them a few more problems. 2 days passed, whatsapped no reply. My wife called up. Only then they told us to collect the car after battery replaced. But to wait for their call to replace another affected part. As usual.car wasn't washed. Last week serviced at Regal 3S PJS the service advisor told me if I wanted to wash my car I would have to wait as they prioritise new cars to be washed. What are we? Old car owners? It's an x50 under warranty for your information. We are still paying for labour & parts for the next 5 years! At Nissan they wash your car after every service without begging. Disappointing.

Told the front counter my X50 Premium made screeching sound when I brake my car early in the morning when i go to work. They then say they had check and rectify when giving my key back.

Went back to my apartment later and noticed that I can hear the screeching sound even when I had drove the car back from the centre (which I usually hear during first hour of driving in the day).

Did they even check before returning the car and say they had rectify it? ‍️

Very very bad experience.dont come here.didn’t even deserved 1 star
Asked the customer service to order parts that are still under warranty but said there’s no stock, will order and inform once stock is available.
Called them for months asking then they said the same thing - already ordered, will inform back.
Tired of waiting, then i went to another service centre, there’s not even a report about ordering the parts.
Big liar!
Dont ever come here!
If u want to be cheated, then this is the place to go!

This will surely be the first and last Proton I’ll ever buy. Why? THE WORST AFTER-SALES SERVICE.

Instance #1 - My X70 had a knock on the back door so waited till next service to get it fixed. Service Centre insisted that they are not able to fix it and that after the service, I would need to take the car down the road (literally) to their body-shop to get it fixed. They couldn’t even provide me a quote to repair albeit being their sister company (the body-shop). How is it so difficult to send the car down the road after routine service to get it fixed?

Instance #2 - Most recently sent my car for routine service, this time on Saturday. There was a knocking sound when I would steer left and right so informed the aftersales PIC. They had told me that due to high volume of cars being serviced that day, they cannot look into solving other issues and can only do routine service that day. Upon collection, I had asked again what the sound was and they conveniently replied that they didn’t notice a knocking sound. Literally as soon as I drove out of the centre, the knocking sound was present and still there till this day.

Don’t you guys realise that most people wait till their next service to fix their car problems? How is it that you guys decide what you want to fix and what you don’t? THE WORST AFTER-SALES SERVICE EVER.

Sent my x50 to service at this 4S center for the second time.
The staff are friendly and efficient, the staff explained every detail carefully. Very transparent with no hidden charges.

And the most important thing is that the technicians are very professional to help me solve problems that cannot be solved in other service center.
The environment is comfortable and spacious.
Very satisfied, glad to have such a good service.
Highly recommend come here to service your car.

SC is good and professional. But the workmanship quality is very bad. 90% of my car plastic clip was damage after the service.

Brought my car for the first time service here. Overall experience is superb! Staffs and security are very polite and helpful.

Comfortable waiting area while waiting your car.

Definitely will come back for subsequent service at this branch. Keep it up!

On 7th Dec 2021, I'm sending my X70 for repairing the overheating cooling system. After the service officer Mr Ranjit confirmed that the cooling fan is spoiled and need replacement. I'm pleased to know that my car is still under warranty and promise to replace for me at FOC. However, the waiting period for the part is 2 weeks according to Mr Rangit.
I have left no choice and leave my car at the workshop for the repair. After 2 weeks, I called up the centre and have been told that the part is not deliver and need waiting further without giving me tentative period.
As today, my car is laying there for about 3 weeks already, no body can answer me when the part will be delivered. I 'm start getting annoyed and told the part center at least they should tell the customer when is part schedule to deliver but unfortunately he himself also cannot promise and know when the part is scheduled to deliver.
I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed the way of this service center in handling the car service. All the while, I thought with the new ownership of Proton, the service will be improve and on par with other Japanese car but still a gap to match.
I'm still waiting for the solutions from the centre!

The staffs are super helpful. They even replied to my whatsapp when i have problem. They are easily contactable and appointment can be made even through their facebook page. It is advisable that you make appointment first before sending your car over as they have super tight schedule to follow. They waiting area is comfortable and tea or coffee is available upon request.

Complete the first time service here. Overall experience is good. Security and SA is helpful. I was asked if coffee and tea is needed while sitting at waiting area.

Keep up the service. Will be back soon for the next service!

Had a good experience buying the car from the elderly salesperson jeffrey. Handle my case well and the x70 was delivered within 2-3 months as mentioned.only thing was during the delivery, as he wasn't tech savvy so he requested for the help of a technician (forgot his name but was a younger chinese man)
His explanation was super bad, unenthusiastic, simply explaining and didnt seem like he wanted to spend a single second there.
Car wash is also not good as there was water stains all over a brand new car. Not a very good experience when i'm getting the top range car from Proton.
But luckily was saved by another lady salesperson who helped explain and guide me throughout the session.deducting 1 star for that unenthusiastic technician and the car wash.
