Terrible experience with this place.the service is so terrible.the insurance claiming process was so bad.i need to add cash because they said there are certain things that the insurance company didnt cover.then ada benda yang sebelum hantar sini elok, bila pick up kereta rosak.waktu on the way balik rumah, dengar lah bunyi skru jatuh sana-sini.harap-harap tak perlu lah ke bengkel ni lagi.semoga takde berlaku apa-apa yang memerlukan untuk dealing with this bengkel lagi.serik.teruk.teruk.teruk.kecewa.

Terrible workmanship! Waktu hantar tingkap tak rosak, waktu ambil semula tingkap rosak.bengkel taknak mengaku tingkap rosak waktu kereta di bengkel.kata waktu hantar dah memang rosak.walhal hari hantar tu lalu tol ok je turun tingkap nak bayar.takde masalah.mengadu kat customer servis, hanya untuk check sahaja percuma, repair kena bayar.banyak lagi nak komplen, tapi tak tertulis.kereta dalam keadaan menyedihkan.

After all these years found out they didn't do body repair properly, the instead put a piece of cardboard to make it look good. Best to avoid this place and choose other options, if u absolutely have to send it here mark almost all the good parts of the car.

Overcharge and terrible workmanship even an average joe can repair cars much better than this piece of burning pile of dumpster workshop also take 50+ days to claim insurance worst service

Crazy long and extremely bad accident repair service. Can take over 1 months to repair engine hood and replace head light.

Terrible service, worst follow up ever, unreliable and total waste of time.

Also, there was one Chinese lady don’t know whether she’s the manager there since she sounded quite bossy. Whenever she answer phone call, the way she talked a bit rude.

Aku hantar kete Inspira 3 bulan lepas. Banyak lengahkan masa. Tak jujur langsung.kecewa sangat dengan servis nie.claim dekat rm14000 tapi gearbox problem.suspension problem air con problem. Aku blanja dekat rm4000 kat workshop proton lain.bukan nak rasis tapi owner cina.memang buat cara xde agama.tolong cari workshop bumiputera muslim yang jujur.harap kerajaan ambil tindakan yang tegas kat pusat servis ini

I have decided to go public as i did not receive any reply via mail or call back. My car was damaged during an accident. I skidded and hit my front right driver side.my 2 tyres and rim and my side panels along with my headlamp was busted. That date was 13 December 2018. And i got my car on 17 January 2019. There isnt much damage done but it took them a month just to fix it even when i confirmed with my insurance company that they have sent the invoice. My 2 rims that was badly dent they fix by knocking and rotate it at the back instead of changing it and those caring strangers was honking at me as my back tyres were wobbly. Im extremely disapointed with this service centre. Not a single hint of professionalism and my life is at stake here. How could you hire these people that does not take their job seriously? Or is this the direction of their management to cut cost in the name of profit? I would never recommend this to any one of you as this is extremely risky. Avoid this centre at all cost.
