They installation tinted film is good. But I just realised that they never clean properly and make stain on my dashboard which is can't remove now. So disappointed with their work.

I came to tint my whole car, they make me wait from 1pm to 6pm. They said can finish at 3pm plus. Very2 tricky with the voucher as well. I will update again after 2 weeks to update the quality and pictures.

4th Nov around 1pm - arrived to do tinting, they promised it will be done in 1-2 hours time.

Around 3pm - car still parked outside. Then only they do tinting for my car which ends at 6pm plus.

Saya tunggu di kedai dari pukul 1ptg, dan saya perlu menunggu dikedai untuk dilayan selama 45 minit dan mereka hanya mula memasang tinted pada kereta saya pada pukul 5.40 ptg dan hanya siap pada pukul 7 ptg.sebelum saya tiba pada pukul 1ptg, saya terima panggilan dari kedai dengan nada yang agak kuat mengatakan temu janji saya pada pukul 11 pagi sedangkan temu janji yang dipersetujui adalah 1 ptg

Worst service. We sent car at 2pm. They said will be done at 5pm. We come back for the car at 5.30pm but they havent start the tinted work. They complete at 7pm. Took 5 hours only for tinted

Worst business.i went for tinted my car with free voucher and the guys say he can give me price with rm500 after the discount with voucher. It should be free using a free voucher, instead of he never mentioned the free one. After so questioning, i sholud get a free one, he show a worst quàlity one with the voucher w green plactic like a giant plastic bag. My car dealer ask proced with RM500 and discuss later. THIS SHOP really TRICK people.i demand an apologize and advice public not go there.

Worst workmanship ever and a lot bubble pop out after tinted, eventhough went back to fix it but the problem not solved and tired to come back anymore since it waste my time to send my car here every week and they really cant do it properly, u send ur car here to fix the problem but the problem NOT SOLVED, better not to get ur tinted here!

The tint is average (gets less cool after only 2 years!), but what is really bad are the rude, sometimes racist and disinterested staff, and bad after-sales customer service - this is where most local companies fail. One of the reasons Malaysia will always be behind the best countries in Asia.

My story with raytech tints started 2 months ago when i bought my wife a new car. We got 2 discount vouchers (rm500 for raytech n rm500 for 3m tints). 3m was the obvious choice for my wife for being a wellknown brand. I did some research n survey on raytech tints since thers a branch nearby our home. Base on my survey, I was convinced and i had suggested n convinced my wife that we shud go for raytech instead of 3m. For me its mainly the price range. 3m would have cost atleast 1k more for a full car installation with similar heat rejection specs. And i was convinced by the fact that raytect is also a US made film.

We installed the raytech tints which cost us 2xxx and was somewhat satisfied especially the coloring n the heat rejection of the tint. But then we start to notice flaws in their worksmanship n installation. Not one, not two not three tiny bubbles. But dozens of tiny dust trapped within the tint n created small dust bubbles. Some section of the films are scratched or damaged when cutting. Went back and complain after a week. And they deduced that it was because their tint was installed on our stock (factory installed) tint, and the problem lies on the stock tint. They proved their cased and claimed that there is no 100% perfection in tint installation. They suggested we remove the stock tint and let them reapply again with minor top up to maintain the security features of the tint. We top up another rm5xx believing they could permanently fix the flaws.
We were so so wrong. Again. Dust trap within the tints and small bubbles all over, some scratches here n ther. I had to reiritate that we are somewhat satisfied with the tint heat rejection. But their worksmanship was the main culprit. I would not bother to go back n let them fix it again or reapply as i m very very sure that they definitely dont have the worksmanship level to get the job done, and i definitely would not want them to rip my door panels in n out again n again cuz they cant do it properly. Through out both visit for the 1st installation n 2nd reinstallation. I notice their technicians and very quick n handy, you can call it masterful. But i think its more of a "chin chai simply do". They skip a lot of basic setup task like covering the car interiors with clothes for protection, and while letting all the chemicals drip all over your door panels n dashboards. Very very painful to watch. I can definitely know thats not the most professional way to install a tint. This tints might b ok good. But definitely a waste of time, and dreadful on their installation. If these tints cost a few hundred bucks, i might have provided better review. But then, do note that their film n installation cost a few thousand.
The most painful thing about my story is that i convinced my wife to go for raytech instead of 3m due to pricing. Which had given my wife a lot of nagging right to nag me whenever she sees n thinks about the tint in the car she drives daily. Im a firm believer of "happy wife, happy life" raytech tints had ruin my life. Thanks.

Worst tint shop service ever. Service down the drain even before you purchase. Therefore don't even mention after sales service.

Seriously short of installer, wasted for more than 2hours just to wait for them to bring installer from other branch. And because of lack of man power, it end up bad in workmanship. Better go other branch

I would have given a one star review if not for their friendly customer service and informative sales talk. But be careful when you get your car tinted here because the installer tend to recycle the 'leftover' bits and pieces of tint film that is horribly scratch with marks and paste it where you hardly notice. Mine was at the quarter glass (small triangular) window driver side front door. Yes the tinted do come with warranty but why put customer through all the hassle and has to come back again to get it replaced. Very unproductive. Can't they get it done right at the first time.

Workmanship sucks. Went to install tints for my entire car on Saturday. On my way back, suddenly bubbles pop out from my windows. Went back to fix the issue on Sunday, the engineer fixed it and told me it will be OK after the film is exposed to sunlight. On Monday, bubbles pop out again. I don't know how many times I need to go back to the tint shop until all my problems are fixed. It is a waste of time and energy. Either the workmanship sux or the film's quality sux.

Update: they replaced the problematic tint for me and so far issue doesn't reoccur

Does the job well. Came here again for a warranty claim as one of my back seat window tint were torn. They fixed it after an appointment. Decent service time.

Work wise i'm satisfied. Its abit expensive. The staff shld be more courtues when explaining to customer as they are like bullet train. Maybe its something they do everyday

Provide a few range of tint that suits your budget. I opted for the midrange MC range tint which I think is suffice for my needs. Staff are friendly especially Yanie. There maybe times where walk-in customers are ignored cause they are still busy attending and explaining different tints the present customer. Just wait a bit and for sure they will attend to you. The shop is a bit small though but overall, I would recommend car owners to tint their cars using Raytech at PJ outlet.

Before i choose Raytech, i did lots of survey on car tinted. Different materials, different prices and also different warranty. Some offered lifetime warranty with more then 50% less then what i’ve paid at Raytech.

I’ve been using Raytech for many years and somehow i still choose to use it again (due to puspakom check, have to remove previous tint)

Customer service: 5/5
Why? The PIC, took time to explain to me and let me experience the light test with all different coating. At the end, he asked me which would i like. I know he is a salesman but what i like about him is that, he never pushed for sales instead he advice me all the way. This is superb, i really dont like pushy sales people.

Service: 5/5
Why? They did the car within the promised time. All the workers are careful and very courteous towards customer. Good job on this.

I also would like to shout out to the team. I was their first customer in the morning, so i heard they did a war cry amongst themselves which I believe to boost their morale in the morning. This is something that has been missing in a lot of places, good job on this.

Yes Raytech can be a bit pricy BUT trust me, go to the center and speak to them. They will assist you and you will be surprise.

All in all, i am a happy customer and thank you for the great job
