Very informative staff, courteous, efficient in their work, quality materials with good warranty coverage. (Warranty can be reg online, for peace of mind)

Took their high end tint & Rhadium Q6 ceramic coating (comes with door cup ppf foc) and headlights ppf. I contacted a Ms Sarah before coming and she helped to direct and inform Raytech Bangi. Was personally handled by Mr Rahman there, there were several other cars when i came, and it was late Wednesday evening but he still manage to entertain me accordingly, clarified about the different packages available and tailored it to my budget. Informed him that i needed to use my car by Friday, and they manage to get it all done by Thursday evening.

As of now, 1 week in, results have been satisfactory, the paint stays glossy and shiny (of course it still requires some washing/maintaining esp for white paint), and the tint makes the heat dissipate faster after a hot day.

Will try to do a repeated review after a while.

In terms of price, they are not the cheapest in town, but they are a reknown brand, and offers good workmanship and materials, that's why i came to Raytech. Regardless of your budget, u can discuss it with the person in charge to get the best deal for your car.

Good Service and handle customer with humble. Show demo of tinted quality from low spec to high spec. Fast workers. Raytech is the best tinted.

The sales man assisted me very well. He explained me everything in details since i have no knowledge on tinted. Surely will recommend others. Had a nice waiting room with tv, comfortable to do office work.

Fast service.installed my selected tinted for 40 minutes with 6 workers.came at 10am.explanation was very helpful.they use solar meter to accurately measure the amount of heat reduce.

Made an appointment for a consultation to know more about package, when arrive, one of their staff refer me to a salesgirl (i guess?) The girl said: "可以不要每次都叫我吗" Hello? Then ask me to wait for another staff who was in a call. Then wasted my 30 minutes wait for nothing. Funny!

Alright, lets go. I came here on last friday. Before i came, i already call & ask about their price & all stuff. But they ask me to come first so they can explaining to me & tell more about the tinted stuff. After an hour explaining (not a single thing I understand though!) and suddenly give a template with a such expensive price! Really expensive! Ok2… i know already many customer came here to get what their want with their budjet, but u just wasting my time with ur nonsense explaining about tinted! (Really). And second, not everyone with agreed with ur price! I got 1300 for a price tinted on my car aruz. When i want go outside side, she told me to book before im going the search other shop, she really annoying! Seems didn’t respect other opinion. So guys, just be carefully….

P/s: i go at other shop (near this raytech, and guess what? I only pay rm500 for tinted with 5 years warranty) peace!

Not sure what's the purpose of doing appointment. Did my appointment but still need to wait my turn. Not. Much carpark around, make us park our car at road side. Very dangerous.

Fulled each time. But workmanship is quite good. But you have to personally take a look and ask them to redo anything that you think needed. One think to bear in mind, they ask you to swipe the Card before proceed with the job. That wierd man.

Kalau nak datang sini, kena prepare duit & tadah je tunggu kena racun.

First time came here and brought a car for tinting. Customer service top notch. Their representative demonstrated how their tinting film works and knows the product inside out. Price is reasonable for the quality and 5 years warranty (7 for some other types), zero interest instalment also available.

Customer service was good, everyone was polite, need to check all were installed, twice forgotten, forgotten to advise back screen heater will get ripped if remove old tint, and to replace tint once the glass is replaced going to be charged but compensated due to their fault - much appreciated.

Thanks to Miss Winnie & Raytech workers in & out, for the work & service. 100% will recommended to friends, colleagues and family to use their Tinted service because the warranty cover untuk 5 - 7 years.
