1. Pastikan anda masuk ikut pintu masuk hadapan (bukan belakang, ini pintu keluar), dan serahkan dokumen kepada pondok polis

2. Ada tempat menunggu dengan kerusi terhad di dalam yang berhawa dingin

3. Pastikan hadir 30 minit awal agar inspection boleh bermula on time setelah petugas selesai periksa kereta kereta pada waktu temujanji sebelum anda

Staff sgt berlagak dr inspection sampai la ambik result …betul la komen2 sebelum nie cakap staff puspakom banting nie berlagak gile…pihak pengurusan puspakom tolong la buat pantauan

Sya telah membersihkan kereta lama yg terbiar di hadapan rumah dan dibawa ke bengkel kereta UTK di baiki. Kereta jenis Satria Neo yg ditinggalkan kerana hutang yg tertunggak rm7500. Setelah siap dibersihkan dan di baiki serta menjelaskan hutang di bank maka saya membawa kereta tab ke. Puspakom Banting untuk mendapat kelulusan dan tukar nama dan buat thumb print.

I was surprised there were no chairs for senior citizen to sit. Bring our own chairs next time. No directive notices what to do and where to go at the site. Communication Skill for staff could be better.
My first experience at Puspakom. Sorry ya. Selamat berpuasa.

Pengalaman saya just simple masuk kandang kambing kena la mengembek logik dan siapa pun kita tanpa persediaan yg baik dan tahap yg memuaskan pastu akan menjumpai kegagalan bilamana manusia dan mesin pasti tidak dapat tidak mengklasifikasikan masalah dan membenarkan kesalahan yg ada.dua otak berkerja sama.manusia dan mesin.yg pasti gagal jika perlu gagal.dengan sedikit usaha ada keseimbangan akan terbina.bukan berat mata memandang bukan berat jika sama sama memikul.

Not many vehicles during my last visit for my car inspection. Staff there is very helpful and guide me to make a booking online. You cannot just simply walk in. I did it as nobody telling me to make an appointment online. So guys when you are going to do an inspection please make a booking at least one day earlier subject to the timw slot availability online.

First time come to Puspakom. Appointment time at 8: 30am, I arrive at 8: 15am and registered. 8: 30am shape start checking. Good n fast Service, clear instructions. Done checking n get results just only 30 minutes. Really fast service. Thank you

Was there for private car for sale inspection by Puspakom at 11am and finished all by 12pm.

Appointment was done online, arrive earlier half an hour and drove straight in after scanning mySejahtera and showing the abang polis manning the entry booth all the needed paperwork.

Result of checks fowarded to you by email, after you got the result proceed to the counter to collect the car registration and make a payment.

Not much hassle if you follow the EXACT procedure patiently

1. Kena scan dan cek doc di pondok guard pintu masuk.
2. Lepas tu scan QR code kat pondok kecik verify kehadiran dlm system.
3.lepas tu baru gi kaunter 1 utk register.
4.baru tunggu cek kenderaan

Masuk 30 min sebelum appoiment baru boleh masuk.

I have visit two times 1st time registration very slow untill complete. No staff at counter.puspakom Staff expecting that customer know all procedure when ask you will not get a polite response. 2nd time I already know what to do so it's take about 45 minutes.
Pemeriksaan khas b2 to cancel evp
1. Request cancellation evp from ehailing company (grab) bring this document
2. Book appointment for puspakom and Bring original document of car.
3. Once reach to puspakom bring car and document (puspakom appointment slip, geran, evp cancellation from grab) go to polis bantuan booth to register or for verification
4. Fill up a form tick at "tukar kegunaan" and put in tray with all documents. Wait for puspakom Staff to call then insert MyKad. They will give one slip bring that slip put into your car.
5. After puspakom Staff done inspection they will give back that slip. Wait for while. Go to counter present slip to get results.
6. If "lulus" bring all document, form jpjk8 and photocopy of ic to Jpj they will change to persendirian.
Before head to puspakom pls check all lights in good condition, wiper, tyre, break and etc

Service has lot to improve. Staff are friendly.
Efficiency of service flow has to be improved a lot. Overall experience, not as efficient as PJ Branch to be honest.

Saya datang walk in pukul 11 tghari dan hanya dapat giliran pukul 7 malam. 7 jam menunggu! Sebab mereka mendahulukan yang booking online dan yang booking dengan bayar lebih kepada 'ulat' yang ada di puspakom untuk memberi mereka laluan untuk potong barisan dahulu. Puspakom Banting sangat tidak telus. Mereka membiarkan 'ulat' ini bersepah buat kerja diaorang. Sangat tidak adil bila yang tunggu lama berjam berjam tidak langsung didahulukan sebaliknya yang baru datang 5 ke 10 min terus diberikan laluan masuk hanya sebab diaorang bayar lebih kepada 'ulat' ni. Sebelum ni pernah juga van saya yang lain digagalkan hanya kerana BDM dan BTM tidak mengikut saiz yang ditetapkan mereka kononnya. Saya tidak tahu pula saiz tulisan BDM dan BTM boleh mempengaruhi kenderaan tu untuk kemalangan di jalanraya. Dan bila saya tanya bengkel mana yang boleh buat BDM dan BTM tu terus 'ulat' ni datang offer sticker BDM BTM diaorang yang kononnya menepati piawaian dan saiz dengan harga Rm40 dan saya beli dan buat test kedua pada hari yang sama dan bayar sekali lagi untuk test kedua tu kemudian lulus. Sedangkan van saya yang lagi satu ni tidak digagalkan pula walaupun saiz BDM dan BTM van tu tak menepati saiz yang cam diaorang cakap sebelum ni. Sangat tidak telus Puspakom Banting. Minta pihak berwajib siasat sebab dah lama benda ni dibiarkan berleluasa.

Clean and spacious! The staffs here are friendly and helpful. The vehicle testers here worked in fast pace and in great efficiency. You can also renew your truck road tax here at the special counter.

Service paling lambat. Paling tidak customer friendly. Tak de lane untuk yang booking dan yang belum booking. Untuk bayar harus tunggu 2 jam dan tidak teratur. Staff di kaunter tidak mesra dan Panggil org Mcm menggunakan perkataan 'hei you'. Nak bagi bintang punya rasa marah.not worth my time.
