Worst customer service. Even worse workers at this branch. Took 5 days just to pick up phone. Live chat buggy and useless. Officer taking care in the tent in front of your building should not be working in customer service of any kind.
Honestly i am not even surprised anymore.

Servis amat memuaskan, cepat dan pantas. Pengurus & staf turut membantu bila kita ada yang silap isi @ dokumen kurang. Ruangan menunggu juga disediakan cuma tak boleh masuk ramai.
Cuma suasana tempat tu perlu dikemaskan lagi bagi nampak kemas & teratur serta ceria.

Inspection staff very rude (there are 3 tails not all). He remembered that I made an inspection for free. As if you are the only kind who can do that job.

All Zombie staff. No reaction.
Only the male staff sitting at the tent is friendly and helpful.
No wonder there are plenty appointment slot for this place.
The female staff sitting in the window with liberty insurance sticker is very very rude.
I not yet finish my question, she keep pointing other direction and say sana sana sana.
Aku nak beli insurance ni. Kena pergi sana ke?

Different opinion from different officer, menyusahkan untuk berulang kali pergi untuk urusan sama. Tak mesra motosikal sebab tiada ruang parkir

Went there for a car inspection.the whole process was very robotic.no conversation n the tasks were done in a very clockwork routine. It would had been more friendly if the registration clerk smiles n be less rude. Anyway the whole process from registration to getting the Inspection cert took less than 30mins

Slot 830 pagi, jam 758 dah masuk kaunter scan barcode booking & serah geran.

Jam 835 dah setel dapat keputusan.

Memang cepat mantap lah Puspakom Bangi.

Fast, friendly staffs although they are not smiling (working mode) but when you ask they are very helpful.

Good service at counter but those policemans who taking care at the main entrance so worse, treat all customers like prisoners

The whole process, from registration to inspection, took 30 minutes. All assigned personnel were very helpful.
Be there 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

For current time being (September 2021), only roadtax renewal is allowed for walk-in. Inspection and others still require for us to book an ppointment online.

Went there to get pre-roadtax renewal inspection because my car was registered for e-hailing use. Got a form which I have to tick the type of inspection I need. Left it blank because I don't see the 'for e-hailing' option. At the counter I told the personnel it's for e-hailing renewal. Said it twice. Then he went on to tick the 'over 36 months'. As I drove my car into the the inspection area I told another personnel it's for e-hailing. He didn't say anything so I assume it's all right. Went to jpj after that and I was told the type of inspection I got is not right. Went back to this puspakom, the manager (I assume) just tell me that the form is filled that way he can't do anything. Just asked me to book another appointment and fill in the form correctly next time. Wasted my time and effort. Please be very careful and don't depend on them when you come here as I find they are not accountable and not responsible.

I got my appointment for 8am, by 830, the results is out.

- Book your appointment and pay online about RM35
- things to bring - your ic, car registration card, appoint slip.
- on the day walk to tent outside to get verification, prepare your IC, appointment slip, car registration card
- after verification, proceed to inside counter for check in and admin process document.
- drive your car in, open bonnet (ensure you remove your tint for front and the side before going to puspakom)
- they will check engine number, chassis number, any sign of cut on body and tint.
- wait for the document processing, once ready
- collect your documents and ready to go back

Sangat memuaskan, dari permulaan sehingga habis urusan, semua staf sangat bertanggungjawab dalam menjalankan kerja dan mesra pelanggan, pengaturan kerja sangat tersusun, kesesakan itu perkara biasa kerana pelanggan lebih ramai dari staf harap pelanggan lebih memahami situasi dan banyak-banyak bersabar.

Improved slightly on waiting room and interior.few fans doesn't works.but overall ok

I book online for Puspakom Inspection due to I'm selling my car myself (owner) I booked the inspection through Puspakom Website and cost me around RM35. Remember to bring your VOC. Staff that checked my car was friendly, their service is fast. But the only thing they struggled to look for my engine numbers, maybe my car is rare, their first time inspecting it. So end up I showed them the engine numbers myself.

The whole process took about 1 hour. From registration to car inspection part are okay. But when taking the result no announcement and we can't hear the staff scream for our car number due to loud noise from engine. Hopefully got improvement in the future especially for getting the result /report. The staff that inspect my car are friendly. But the staff at counter not so. Overall the whole process are okay.

3.0 The whole process takes 30 min to 2hours. It depends on your luck. For me, it took me 2hours at 11: 00am on Friday and 30 min at12: 00 noon Wednesday. This is how it goes. First, you make an appointment and pay online. Then, you go 15 min before the appointment time. You need to park on the street and show your registration and appointment slip at the tent in front outside and they will guide you to the register inside of the building. After you finish registration there again, bring your car inside. When inspection is done, the screen in the waiting room will show your car is done then park your car ouside. They will call you if inspection result come out. Before the inspection, you'd better remove your tinted glass. Like most of public services in Malaysia, Few are nice but many officers are Not friendly. No offence.
