Must booked online for an appointment and payment are done online too. Just bring the required documents that are needed during your appointment and you can be there at least 1hour early

Saw a lot of negative reviews.
But today I went there for my car inspection which I have failed twice at Cheras area.
The staffs here is helpful. Via online booking, if somewhere around 4pm onwards is less stressful. Due to, lesser customers and the staffs are more focused.
Finally got a Pass with the car inspection. Thanks for their service.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Queue was short so I didn't have to wait long. Whole process was quick and easy.

Bangang betul failed sebab no plate, banyak kali masuk puspakom, kalini failed no plate, takde hati perut, padahal dah sebesar alam no plat kereta

Satu bro badan gempal pendek kalau dia check dah boleh kompem fail, apa dia failkn mmg xmsuk akal. Tak tahu kalau first inspection mmg xboleh lulus ke atau failkn dpt duit extra, harap2 next inspection si gempal tu kena pindah tmpt bertugas

Yesterday afternoon, I got my car checked and gotten the result about an hour later. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the staff checking my car was rather rude.

Walk-in inspections seem to be faster than those who pre-book. The counter staff are pleasant but some of the technical staff are extremely rude. Even if their parents did not, puspakom should have taught them to be more courteous. I'm a first-time client and their signage tells clients to not engage 3rd party. So a bit more courtesy in directing us would be appreciated instead of barking at us. Overall, process is simple and straightforward but could've been more pleasant.

Systematic and fast, compared to my experience at Bangi Branch. The only drawback is the parking space.there is no dedicated parking space. You have to park somewhere near the offices or roadside. Results are sent to your email, however you still need to park your car in order to go and collect your vehicle registration card from them. If they fine tune this, by returning the documents to you, there won't be necessary to park and go in again.

Crowd and queue management is the worst. The employees are nice enough but literally waiting in line for 2.5 hours while a literal whole hour my line didn't move at all is an extremely horrible experience. Idk who thought it's a great idea to split vehicles to 4 different queues and then combine them without any signs on which car goes to one of two inspection lanes. Plus the fact that making an appointment is literally made no difference into the waiting time, in fact the appointment lane was slower than the walk in lane, so what was the point? Idek.

Worst place to go. Qr scanner not working. Unpleasant staff. Don't know what's happening if you're totally new to having your car check.

Semalam aku masuk temujanji 2.30 sekali temujanji macam tak temujanji kena beratur pula Tunggu giliran kat depan dengan Bangla kalau dengan rane dia orang baik aku bertekak dengan Bangla Bangla tu kurang ajar kalau buat servis dalam semua okey pondok guard cakap lain bila sampai dekat Bangla cakap lain tu Bangla tu ada pasport tak ada pasport Tak tahulah boleh jadi security macam tu

Tips for 1st stop - Bank
1. Clear all the hire purchase debts (car loan)
2. Must know where Sijil Pemilikan is (you can request to mail to your nearest branch or go to the bank that holds your certificate directly)
3. Must get 2 letters from the bank 1. Surat Pengesahan e-Hakmilik JPJ FIS 2. Surat Pemilikan Kenderaan

Tips for 2nd stop - Puspakom - documents needed - Booking QR code, Sijil Pemilikan
1. Can book the appointment for car checking. Can go earlier as there’re too many cars till your turn. ^^^^I waited for 1 hour 30 minutes (from 1030am - 12pm). It’s advisable to book 8am slot that you can proceed to JPJ after checking.)
2. Get the Sijil Pemeriksaan Tukar Milik

Tips before JPJ - go with your buyer if you sold the car by yourself - documents needed: Sijil Pemilikan (from bank), Surat Pengesahan e-Hakmilik JPJ FIS (from bank), Sijil Pemeriksaan Tukar Milik (from puspakom), Borang Penyata Pertukaran Milikan Kenderaan Motor (from JPJ itself).
1. Get the insurance renewed*
2. Download JPJeQ to get the number faster (Can scan before going) @@@
3. Get the Borang Penyata Pertukaran Milikan Kenderaan Motor
4. To start queuing (it’s long queue)
5. During tranfering ownership, the buyer may choose to renew road tax same as the date of insurance
@@@ the office lunch break at 1pm, please don’t go around 12pm as even though you got the number but you still need to wait after lunch break which is after 2pm

*if you have friend who’s the insurance agent, can renew thru him/her.
Renewing insurance requires (as requested by insurance agent)
1. Buyer information (Name, IC, handphone number, email address, residential address)
2. Forms: puspakom, Sijil Pemilikan Kenderaan,
3. Snap photos of 45 degree from four sides of the car and road tax
4. New Sijil Pemilikan Kenderaan with the new owner’s name on it

Tempat nie pertama kali saya pergi & kali terakhir. Cukup laa.
Masalah bermula apabila saya menunjukkan app yang tiba² tidak boleh keluar kod QR (siap tunjuk bukti). Petugas puspakom di situ tidak mengendahkan saya seolah² saya berbohong. Kemudian saya ditolak ke kaunter untuk pendaftaran. Sekali lagi ditolak sebab masalah QR kod itu tadi. Saya ditolak masuk ke dalam bilik untuk berjumpa incharge. Beliau ada mendengar dan melihat sendiri masalah yang saya hadapi. Beliau membantu saya dengan memberi 1 nombor telefon untuk dihubungi bagi mendapatkan kod berkenaan. Akhirnya saya dapat kod QR terbabit.
Nak dijadikan cerita. Setelah saya keluar dari kereta ke arah kaunter luar dan ke dalam pejabat, kenderaan yang saya pandu tadi dikatakan "menghalang" kenderaan lain walaupun dalam 1 barisan. Si pemeriksa telah dengan sengaja menggagalkan saya dengan akta mengarut walaupun cuma melakukan pemeriksaan B2. Saya rugi masa & RM 30+ di situ.
Kenderaan sama juga TANPA sebarang ubahsuai LULUS di tempat lain pada hari lain (online booking). Jadi nasihat saya, jika nak melanggan di tempat ini pastikan "jaga" pemeriksa berkenaan walaupun kita nie PELANGGAN!

Service was super fast! Didn't expect that. Tqsm for the efficiency. Keep it up! Both counters staff should be more courteous towards clients. Just if they could be less rude.then this outlet will be perfect tho.
